𝚃𝚑𝚎𝚛𝚎’𝚜 𝚏𝚕𝚘𝚠𝚎𝚛𝚜 𝚒𝚗 𝚖𝚢 𝚜𝚔𝚒𝚗:

They grow from the deep lines in my arms and legs,

Their roots growing into my veins.

They blossom bright pinks and yellows with a green stem.

When the flowers begin to die I draw new lines to help them bloom once more.

I believe that if I’m pretty on the outside I’ll feel the same inside, though it never works.

Im only left with a scar,

A reminder of what once was there.
