people assume narcissism is a supervillain trait when it's actually a weakness, it is very easy to get upset if you have narcissistic traits because you're the main character in your head and everything negative anyone says in any context feels personally directed. so "how to beat a narcissist" or something like it's a superpower you learn is a very funny concept to me.its incredibly easy to trigger narcissism because it's a defensive mask for deep insecurity and vulnerability. that's how I would describe it at least. so to 'beat a narcissist' you really just have to exist in the person's life and achieve things <- worst crime
