बेडरूम किसी प्रकार की चर्चा व बहस करने के लिए नहीं होता। यह सिर्फ आराम करने व सोने और लाइफ पार्टनर के साथ मस्‍ती करने के लिए होता है। बेडरूम में प्‍यार के अलावा अन्‍य बातें नहीं करनी चाहिये। बेडरूम दक्षिण-पश्चिम(South-West) दिशा में होना चाहिए और इसी कोने में बेड भी रखना चाहिये। यदि आपने अपना बेड कमरे के दक्षिण-पूर्व दिशा में रखा तो आपको ठीक से नींद नहीं आयेगी, आप तनाव से घिरे रहेंगे, आपको गुस्‍सा जल्‍दी आयेगा और बेचैनी सी बनी रहेगी।यह वो रूम होता है, जहां आप दिन भर के सात से 10 घंटे तक बिताते हैं, यानी इसके वास्‍तु का सीधा प्रभाव आपके जीवन पर पड़ता है। मकान के मालिक अगर उत्‍तर-पश्चिम दिशा(North-West) में स्थित बेडरूम में सेते हैं, तो अस्थिरता बनी रहती है, लिहाजा इस दिशा में घर के मालिक का बेडरूम नहीं होना चाहिए। घर के अन्‍य सदस्‍यों का बेडरूम यहां हो सकता है। इसी बेडरूम को मास्‍टर बेडरूम कहा जाता है। बेड का सिरहाना दक्षिण की ओर होना चाहिये। इससे बेचैनी नहीं रहती है और रात में अच्‍छी नींद आती है उसका स्‍वास्‍थ्‍य उत्‍तम रहता है। उत्‍तर की तरफ सिर करके सोने से खराब सपने आते हैं और नींद अच्‍छी नहीं आती और स्‍वास्‍थ्‍य खराब रहता है। वहीं पूर्व की ओर सिर करने से ज्ञान बढ़ता है, जबकि पश्चिम की ओर सिर करके सोने से स्‍वास्‍थ्‍य खराब रहता है। बेडरूम में कोई ऐसी तस्‍वीर मत लगायें, जो हिंसा दर्शा रही हो। बेडरूम की दीवार का रंग चटक नहीं होना चाहिये। साथ ही जिस तरफ बेड के सिरहाने वाली दीवार पर घड़ी, फोटो फ्रेम आदि नहीं लगायें, इससे सिर में दर्द बना रहता है। अच्‍छा होगा यदि आप बेड के ठीक सामने वाली दीवार पर कुछ मत लगायें। इससे मन की शांति बनी रहती है।
