The Virgo Moon child was raised with the notion that they need to achieve perfection. They are told that if they are anything other than that, they are just an embarrassment. Often they are pushed for academic excellence by their mother. They probably had a mother who demanded a lot of maturity out of them, although the Virgo Moon would retaliate to this pressure. As a child, Virgo Moons are very shy, very humble, and were probably very into learning (along with Gemini, Sagittarius, and Aquarius Moon). They likely feared things of blood, injury, or doctors as a child. One of their childhood hobbies was probably reading or writing. Probably also the child to beg for a pet. 

Emotion wise, these people end up somewhat stuck in a bad feedback loop. This is initiated by the way they were raised for excellence, they then criticize themselves whenever things aren’t just perfect, which then leads to them having a lower self esteem, which leads to negative emotions which then then don’t know how to deal with, which then leads right back to not achieving perfection.

Really, what they need is to help others be happy, for that’ll make them feel happy. To aid others can also lead to some negative interaction though, since Virgo Moons tend to do such things in a “tough love” way. But if they can learn to be a bit easier on others, or if not to at least remind them that they are being critical with only good intent. Because Virgo Moons really do usually have good intentions, and they love their friends and other who are close to them more than they can easily show. They’re the kind of friend to have a lot of their own problems going on- not bother anyone about it- but then when another one of their friends is having trouble the Virgo Moon is all like “Is everything okay? Do you need to talk about anything?? I’m here for you if you do!” 

This isn’t to say that they are complete angels. If you get close enough to them they can fall into habits of being blunt and brutally honest. They can also be very skeptical, this in conjunction to their self-criticism can make them have this belief that they are hard to love. And if you are a best friend of theirs or are a partner of theirs, then you need to remind them that they are loved. This makes them require a lot of attention, although they’d never admit it.
