Man, Amelie is making me feel all sorts of emotions. I'm sure she is a lovely person but I can't stomach the fact she willingly works at somewhere that sees dead supernatural creatures as things that give them 'bonuses' and who let her supposed friend get mind-raped and give excuses for not warning them ahead of time or for why they did it. Oh, because you are doing this to a vampire, so that makes it okay, right? Silly me.

Yeah, sorry, but I'mma have to cut this friendship off. Call me when you stop being naive and quit the Agency. Institutions like that cannot be reformed from the inside.

Though mind you, I don't view the High Council much better either. It's actually amazing how both entities of authority are absolutely irrespectable. I hope they both crumble into ashes and scatter in the wind.

Amelie is actively trying to stop the bonuses and she absolutely does not believe that bc they are supernaturals they can be treated lesser.

If that message is sent anywhere from Amelie in the story then tell me where because it’s not my intent. I want to defend her more but obvisouly I need to let the story to the telling bc spoilers. Though, come on, I’m not gonna write a morally bad (and not in a fun way) main character that is romance-able.

I suggest keeping her as a hunter at the beginning and not a friend if you don’t enjoy it that much and it’ll probably be a better read for you.

Just played the demo and I like it a lot! I don’t know if the MC I’m playing is meant for this though lol. She gets along with… at most 2 people so far. A and Eddie. She’s romancing A, but she doesn’t know if it’s just going through the motions of nostalgia or not because my MC doesn’t trust them. And she gets along with Eddie, even if it’s just platonic. Thought about romancing Amelie but after what happened at the station and then Amelie acting like a victim and hurt when my MC tried to call in a favor left that relationship out to dry. I’m not sure if this is going to end well for my MC lol, but hey it’s only chapter 3!

Started out ex!A and Amelie romancer but brought E to the night market and when they scratched up the silver sword? Hot. Need them to pin me down. E is an alpha too right since they subdued the wolf who complied so easily 🤭 Jokes aside but are all weres tall? Or are there short weres too like a tiny petite 5 foot midget turning into a 7 feet tall bear or something

The people just wanna be pinned down by werewolves. As to what kind of werewolf Eddie is, all shall be revealed with time (aka in the next chapter)

There are all sorts of body types for werewolves. Their respective wolf form will take into account their human body type but it’s not 1:1. Werewolves are still supernatural so they’re bigger than regular wolves but not all werewolves look the same.

Eddie’s wolf form is large because their human form is bulky/curvy and dense and thick and they’re semi-tall (5’ 10”)

A can figure their way around the internet pretty well.

I could see A having a faceless Instagram that’s super aesthetic-ie and popular but they lose their phone so much that posts are infrequent

Putting it underneath in case it’s cringe:

Fuck,” you groan.

“This is too much, Eddie, please-“ you’re on the verge of begging. This is torture.

“It’ll be worth it, trust me,” they tell you. But they’re not the one stuck in this cycle.

The chair squeaks as you lean forward to prop your elbow on the desk for support. Eddie smiles at you in evil amusement and places their hand over yours. Slowly, they push and drag it down.

“Look at that, the little vampire could do it.”

You glare at them and then the computer screen. “This program is stupid.”

“You just sorted through a months worth of data in less than an hour. How is that stupid?” Eddie looks at you baffled.

You wave your hand in a dismissing motion. “And I’m not a little vampire.”

Eddie catches your wrist. “You’re right. You’re not a little vampire.” Their other hand tilts your chin up look up at them. “You’re my little vampire.”

Tbh they’d be too controlling to let anyone else do them. Because anyone else would just do them wrong.

Guess what geta the wolf really going is an ultra sexy PowerPoint slide presentation with bullet points

Ooh interesting, so until now that they weren't in the city, they didn't think (want to) of MC and/or the hurt they caused to them? If the mess they are in, didn't happen, would they have come back to MC in future?

"They just have to put up with it" lol when they showed up, since my MC acted cold, they said "I didn't expect this" I headcanon that my MC answered with "And I didn't expect you to disappear without a word." and than E's hand cames and sealed the deal 🤣angst sweet angst🤣

Arlo/Aida did think of MC when they were away, but it's easier to shove the feelings aside when they're not face to face with the consequences of their own actions. It was more of a buzzing sensation when they were gone and now it's like a punch to the gut.

And yes, they would have come back.
