an interview with oliver from decider:

"I'm pretty sure you will get to see me Ryan singing, I say with tears in my eyes," Stark laughed, “..There may have been a little bit of real tequila flowing on set. You know, certain scenes need a little bit of inhibition-shedding help."

"I am aware of this Couch Theory, but I thought that was a Season 6 thing. I didn't know we were still sitting on that couch," Oliver Stark continued.

"No. I wouldn't look into [the 706 couch]."

At the time of the interview, Oliver Stark also said that he and Lou Ferrigno Jr. had only shot three S7 eps together.

"I don't think he was in the seventh episode and [he's] not in [the] eighth." No word on 709 or 710.

Also asked about a potential one-on-one coming out scene with Buck + Bobby.

Oliver Stark said, "Not that it will never be discussed, but there's not going to be any more one-on-one moments.

interviewer: We’ve been out in full force for years now, so did you ever anticipate, even before this season aired, that a queer storyline could happen for Buck? For our bisexual bi-con Buck?

stark: “Bisexual bi-con”, I like that. Yeah. It was brought to me a couple years ago as a possibility and I had said yes, and then it was shut down from somewhere else above. So, I had known that this was a possible storyline that we might, one day, be able to lean back into. Honestly, at the beginning of this season… I see what everybody else sees. Like, I watch the same show. I don’t think that the Buddie fans are wrong. So, I decided this year that I wanted to possibly lean into some kind of sexual awakening for Buck, anyway. When the storyline was brought to me by Tim Minear, who writes the show, it was like, ‘Great! I was gonna do that nyway. Good to know we’re all on the same page.’

a little sum of oliver starks interview for those who havent/cant watch:

-oliver moved to LA for a girl !??!?

-oliver goes into interviews with an american accent so they don’t realize he’s british

-he thinks that the reason buck was finally able to openly be bisexual was because of tim coming back to the writing team instead of the network change from fox to ABC 

-more kisses to come that are initiated by buck

-oliver thought that buck was going to get killed off at the beginning of season 2 (not bc anyone told him, he just thought so)
