My Review of Korean Drama Perfect Marriage Revenge.

Perfect Marriage Revenge is Korean drama about Han Yi Joo, a painter who travels back in time by one year after she dies in a traffic accident. On the day of her accident she was betrayed by her husband and her adoptive family. She travels back in time to before she was married and calls off her wedding. She suffered a lot at the hands of her adoptive family and decides the best thing to do with her second chance at life is to get revenge. She approaches Seo Do Gook whom her younger sister wants to marry and proposes that they have a contract marriage for the purpose of getting her revenge. She is very surprised when he agrees to help her. Seo Do Gook is the grandson of the Taeja Group’s founder. He agrees to marry Han Yi Joo but tells her that he wants a real marriage and not a contract one. As they spend time together and he continues to help her Han Yi Joo falls in love with Seo Do Gook as well and discovers many secrets about her adoptive family. Perfect Marriage Revenge has a happy ending and stars Jung Yoo Min as Han Yi Joo and Sung Hoon as Seo Do Gook.

After death she finds herself miraculously returned to the past. She regrets all the evil things she did to become Empress and decides to make amends for her actions. She starts with her best friend Yan Lin whose love and good intentions she misused for her own benefit on her path to becoming Empress. The person she most regrets harming in the previous timeline is the official Zhang Zhe. Zhang Zhe compromised his principles to help her when she was the Empress. He was imprisoned for his actions and she used her death to save his life. As Jiang Xue Ning uses her knowledge of the future to change the lives of the people around her she catches the attention of Xie Wei. Xie Wei is the imperial tutor and imperial advisor as well as the man most responsible for her death in the previous timeline. Xie Wei met Jiang Xue Ning in the past and she discovered one of his most closely guarded secrets. In order to keep an eye on her he forces her to work with him. Xie Wei falls in love with Jiang Xue Ning and does all he can to get close to her however because she fears him, she tries to avoid him. As they work together Jiang Xue Ning learns more about Xie Wei and she falls in love with him as well. Story of Kunning Palace has a happy ending and stars Bai Lu as Jiang Xue Ning, Zhang Ling He as Xie Wei, Wang Xing Xue as Zhang Zhe and Zhou Jun Wei as Yan Lin.

My Review of Korean Drama Moving.

Moving is a Korean drama about three teenagers Kim Bong Seok, Jang Hee Soo and Lee Gang Hoon who have inherited superhuman abilities from their parents. Kim Bong Seok can fly, Jang Hee Soo can heal herself and Lee Gang Hoon has super strength and speed. Their parents try to shield them from those who would harm and exploit them especially the National Intelligence Service (NIS). Hee Soo transfers to Bong Seok’s high school and Bong Seok falls in love with her at first sight. Bong Seok’s mother Lee Mi Hyun worries about her son constantly and lives in fear that the NIS will come after her son like they did his father Kim Doo Shik. Hee Soo’s father, Jang Joo Won is a former NIS special agent who only wishes to provide his daughter with a safe and comfortable life. Gang Hoon’s father Lee Jae Man is under constant surveillance by the NIS because of his superhuman strength and speed and mental disability. Moving has a happy ending and is definitely worth taking your time to watch and enjoy.

They meet again because Nak Won’s life is in danger and realize they are both still deeply in love with each other. Na Moo promises to protect Nak Won no matter what happens and she promises she will always be with him despite what his father has done. They met before while they were abroad and were attracted to one another despite their personalities being polar opposites. Da Li loves to study art and is from an upper class family while Moo Hak is ignorant and a self-made businessman. Even with their new relationship of being creditor and debtor they find they are still very attracted to one another. Moo Hak decides to do all he can to help Da Li make her gallery a success and they fall in love. He owns a noodle restaurant and does his best to provide a loving environment for the three children. Ling Xiao and He Ziqiu leave home and Li Jianjian after graduating high school. Years later they both come back home and try to restore the relationship between the three of them to what it used to be. However, now that they have grown up and matured their relationships have to change as well. There are a lot of criticisms of her script and Xiao Qian works hard on it until it is perfect. One day she gets pulled into the world of her script and she takes on the role of Third Princess, Chen Qian Qian. The problem is that this is a minor role with a bad reputation and she finds herself in danger of being killed at any moment. Xiao Qian tries her best to change this role and the whole story in general so she can get back home. Xiao Qian has to carefully navigate the politics of the Kingdom and the Third Princess’ relationships particularly with her family and potential love interest the Minister of Education Pei Heng. Complications arise when she gets into a conflict with the arrogant prince Han Shuo. He has evil plans for Xiao Qian and her city and is willing to do anything to succeed.
