WIP Wednesday Thursday:

Man, I’ve been really busy lately, but sadly not too many creative projects! Let’s see what I do have going on:

Art: Honestly, I’ve really been slacking. I did a little character art of one of my D&D characters though!

I always try to draw characters at least one last time when they leave the narrative, and since Marleyvic got flung into a portal to the Feywild, she won’t be showing up for at the very least a while. Other than this drawing I really don’t have any recent art worth showing rn. On the to-do list: draw more!

Music: this one’s a little easier. I’ve mostly been adding stuff to some (very specific) playlists, but here’s the highlight reel:

This one’s a playlist for Harrow from the Locked Tomb Series. She lives rent free in my head and I think the playlist is pretty good!

This last one’s an old one that I’ve been trying to shave down from my general Western mix to a very specific vibe; I’ve been rotating this idea for a western themed world filled with knights and gunfights, pistols and pauldrons, quests and bounties, the whole nine yards. Somewhat like High Noon over Camelot (if you scratched off the sci-fi elements). Will it be a story? A ttrpg game to run? I don’t know yet!

Misc: Misc? More like Masks. I’ve been thinking about how I’m going to end the Masks arc my crew of players are at now for AGES. We had to stop for a bit because D&D has priority in our group, so I’m really afraid the emotional stakes aren’t going to be remembered anymore when we get back, which is kind of sad, so I really have to step up my game when we play again. That’s on the back-burner for now though- D&D is in full swing! Other than all of that, I’ve been working with Idle on creating some Locked Tomb OCs (we have two rn and I love both of them vehemently).

WIP Wednesday (thursday edition)

@aurriearts tagged me and i saw this like. idk 10 minutes ago. so we're doing it now!! time isn't real leave me alone. (edit: also tagged by @sidesteppostinghours literally 5 minutes before posting this while i was already making the post)

the first two wips i'll be sharing is me sketching out some designs for my ttrpg/dnd world that I DM.

Pictured left is my first designs of the necromancers of a kingdom my players are currently in. It's very nun-like, there's reasoning for it but im not gonna lore barf on a wip post lol. On the right is the queen of the aforementioned kingdom, Daniella Hallinfir could use a different outfit actually but I'm content with her face!

Here we have Memensilei Nuev, Deacon of Silence. New necromancer of the Ninth House. They are a Locked Tomb OC that is part of a large oc project my dear dear lovely friend @vin-ill and I started working on now that i've finished the series. This wip was my attempt at visualising Mem!

and lastly some random dnd sketches I was once planning on working on more but realistically never will!! :D

re-reading my own fic because the author has exactly my taste in tropes, ships the same ships in the right way, and also shares my sense of humour. what a find, what a revelation. i hope they write more of this sort of thing.
