Like cynthia comes out swinging for LITERALLY no reason, lydia did not deserve that

Please go look at my other posts, lots of important info. But I wanted to remind everyone to also comment under different platform’s socials asking for them to pick up our show and produce a season 2 as well as the other things (tagging them in social posts, emailing them, messaging them, etc). We need to do all we can to grab their attention and spamming their socials is a great way! don’t forget to use the tags #saveriseofthepinkladies and #saverotpl

Platforms like Hulu have basically no comments on Insta so spamming their comments will definitely catch their attention!

hey guys! Ari and Marisa are live on tik tok right now!! Marisa is making amazing points: she is saying that Paramount has ended their contracts so there is no possible way that they can bring the show back or give us a season 2, so DO NOT bother them anymore. BUT, it is possible for other platforms to buy them and produce a season 2 if they know that they can afford it and that they will have a fan base to support it (US!!!) so please please please do your part and reach out to all of the platforms you can! Netflix, Hulu, HBO MAX, Apple, Amazon, etc!!! ‼️‼️TAG THESE PLATFORMS IN EVERYTHING ROTPL RELATED ON ALL SOCIALSAND USE THE TAGS #saveriseofthepinkladies and #saverotpl!! Hi my loves! Please let me take up a couple minutes of your time by explaining a new resource fans can use to request that Hulu pick up our show! I am also going to add this source to my pinned post, which is a list FULL of resources to help save this show. Please check it out!

In this resource, you personally chat with a Hulu representative over messages. This is a really great way to boost our chances because you get to chat with an actual person who works for Hulu and you can explain why our show deserves better treatment in your own words. This is a great resource if you do not like speaking over the phone! Every chat equals one request, and if we get multiple requests they will start a case that will be reported to Hulu’s higher ups. The more people who do this, the better our chances will be. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE A HULU ACCOUNT TO DO THIS! :)

Here are the steps! Please follow these to the T.

1. go to help.hulu.com

2. scroll to the bottom where it says “contact us” and press that

3. scroll to “TV, Channels, and Movies” and that will give you three options. Pick “TV & Movie Availability”

4. That will show you options. Pick “Chat with an agent”

5. It will ask you to explain why you want to chat with an agent. Say “Please pick up Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies and give it a season 2”

6. You might have a wait time. You can go to other apps but DO NOT CLOSE THE TAB OR YOU WILL LOSS YOUR SPOT! You will be put in contact with a Hulu agent as soon as possible.

7. When chatting, please be incredibly specific about what you want. Please request that Hulu pick up Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies (yes, use the full title!) and request that Hulu give it a second season. You can add anything else you want but please explain to the agent how important this show is to you and include how amazing the representation is!

We have already had fans do this and the response we’ve gotten is fantastic!

Someone talked to an agent at Hulu and got a response that might bring us some hope. BUT! We need everyone to help. Here’s what they said:

“So, I reached out to Hulu and the agent I spoke to told me that she’ll send in my content request but that’s only one [request]. She said if there’s enough people reaching out and asking for the show, they’ll seriously consider picking up the show, or at the very least buying the rights to it.

So, to do that, you need to:

There’s a likely chance you will be put in a line, just wait it out. The conversations aren’t timed and you can use open apps, but just keep the tab open and watch it until you get closer. Then, tell them how much this show means to you, or whatever you want really. Please do this, it could really do something!

And even if Hulu doesn’t pick it up, others still could…”

There is also a petition (or two) going on right now, so go sign that! If you own a Hulu account, or just start a free trial, you can also vote for the show. I’m not sure exactly where you can find that, but others might.

Please, please, please (heh) do this so that the show doesn’t get erased entirely. Even if we can only get a streaming service to buy season one, it will be worth it.

But really, imagine being EJ right now.

All you wanted was a perfect summer with this girl you've been over the moon for since March, bringing her to a place you love.

You get thrust into a job you don't want on a scale no one can imagine, which means your closest friends can go have fun without you while you're stressed constantly. Because you want to help those friends look good on TV, at least in part.

You find out your plans for next year are blown up because of your dad's continued unreasonable expectations, and see this show as the one chance you might have to change his mind, so it HAS to be perfect. Literally everything is riding on it now, at least in your mind.

You're SO preoccupied with finding a way to make all this happen, you inadvertently hurt your girlfriend by trying to protect her (and a little bit yourself), and it blows up in your face in front of everyone.

All while you're feeling jealous of a friend that you frankly, have good reason to be suspicious of his motives around your girlfriend.

And then you have to turn down your girlfriend's sweet prom ask because you're the director and a CIT and it's not like you can just say screw it. You don't have that freedom. You have no freedom, actually, in your last summer in the place you love with the people you love. When that's all you wanted, to be a kid one last time.

And this all happened in a week.

Like, what's the path forward for him from all this? Especially if he loses Gina in the process. How do you reconcile dumping all this on an 18 year old kid, and then breaking his heart because he can't handle this unbearable weight?

I'm just so sad for him. That last look at Gina broke my heart.
