a lot of things are going wrong but surely one foot in front of the other will get us through this

i love making a narrative where everyone is doomed but the plot is about taking power over the narrative. a prophecy said you were going to die, and i shall stop it because you are my friend. no one can escape this prison and i have been trapped in here for decades but now i think there is a chance. you thought you were going to die but i saved you. and somehow, we will both survive our respective dooms.
