I know I told you to forget me, but i don’t know why it hurts to see you living your life without me.

Dreams
A dream can become a reality, but most dreams stay as dreams. I’m chasing my dreams but faced with a string of obstacles, and I keep getting disappointed, but I still keep trying. Who’s to say, maybe all these will go to waste, but I’m still chasing, and won’t stop soon.

Adulting
Sometimes, well actually once or twice a month, I find myself wondering, "what the hell am I actually doing in life". I guess I'm not alone. I believe all young adults have this "phase". I'm 20, turning 21 this year and I really don't know what I'm doing. Many of my friends say that I'm doing well, Second-upper class in college and holding a few part-time jobs to pay for my college fees. But, how is that good? To me, good is work hard, play hard, but in my final semester of school, I am so stressed about everything. I am not coping well with my new jobs (I ended my past supervisory job last semester), I broke up with my ex-boyfriend because of my busy schedule throughout my college life, my last semester's units are so freaking hard and most importantly, I am gaining weight like crazy! I really wanted to take my masters degree after graduating, but maybe I won't.
Honestly, life is just so unpredictable and till now, I've always thought that I could plan it out. I can't. I'm not god. No matter how much I try to do my best to reach my goal, it's just not meant to be and that's what adulting is about. To accept our failures, obstacles, ups, and downs in life and simply just figuring out. One thing I've learnt, adulting isn't just for young adults, people in their 10s, 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s and above 70s, whatever your age, you might find yourself thinking "what the hell am I doing in life". You know why? Because what we want in life always change- people always change. As cliche as it sounds, change is constant. Adulting is basically going through change. From our 20s to 30s, we're growing up, 30s to 40s, we're growing up and yadayada you get to point.
The whole point of this story is that finding stress while adulting is normal. Just chill and enjoy life while you can. I actually started writing this post to complain about life, but now I find myself convincing myself to just chill and enjoy life, and my idea of enjoying life is doing what I like- work. Marketing, advertising and events. I'm happy with life even though I'm stress and nothing's perfect.
