as a society i feel like we were forced this image of being skinny, especially since i used to be quite fat during 2020 and suddenly after i’ve lost a bunch of weight i’ve been getting more compliments from people and more people want to be friends/date me. I’m grateful that i’ve lost weight but as a society it’s so messed up that we’re not considered pretty or beautiful unless we’re really thin, and even i’ve gained that mindset because you see all these models and most of them are considered plus size even though they’re skinny, even as kids we were made to think that

i’m not doing bad enough to deserve or need help because i’m happy sometimes and i can usually function “normally”.

but i have cuts covering my arm and i’m eating badly.

but i shouldn’t be doing those things because i should be able to cope and i’m not doing that badly.
