how goes the scientist career?

Very well, thank you! You can tell when we’re getting busy in the lab when my art goes more slowly (just finished a bunch of donor testing but now I’m powering through 2 first author manuscripts). I’m hopefully getting some more testing support soon as we’re hiring an additional cellular immunologist who can help run the assay I designed. I’m not sure if I’ve ever said it here but I study responses to covid vaccines and other respiratory viruses as well, particularly in at-risk populations, so we’re kept pretty busy.

Speaking of slow art - I actually just told another labmate I’d try to make a Lunar New Year card illustration to share but we’ll see if I actually get to it on time this year!
