Meet again | Natasha Romanoff x reader
Reader was in the red room at the same as Nat + Yelena and was neighbours with them during their fake family mission. - reader gender not specified <3
Summary | ‘Best friends’ with Natasha Romaniff and Yelena Belova what happen when years later, escaped from the red room, you meet again at your home with Melina (motherly figure)?
Doesn’t strictly follow what happens in the movie scene because my memory isn’t that good ;)
Tumblr media
After escaping the red room the only place which you could think to turn to was Melina’s. You hadn’t seen her since the ‘fake family next door’ as you’d liked to call them, had broken apart but there had been no better time than the present to rekindle friendships. Especially when you were in need of a home.
What you hadn’t expected was over a year later to come back from a walk was to find Natasha, Yelena and Alexei sat at the dining room table. Apparently Melina hadn’t informed them of your residency at the house as they’d all looked extremely shocked to see you, however you couldn’t tell if there was a hint of happiness or anger in their expression.
This was where you were now. Not knowing what to do, you opted to smile and wave, however it had no effect what so ever, so you sat down next to Yelena awkwardly and smiled shyly at them all.
“Hi. Um I don’t really know what’s happening or-” you started to speak but quickly stopped as you turned to your left to see Yelena straight up laughing at you’re little speech. “what’s so funny?” You asked, crossing your arms over your chest roughly.
“Nothing.” She laughed and looked at the others sat around the table, waiting for her to expand on her answer. “It’s just that your acting like we’re gonna jump at you and attack” her Russian accent becoming more prominent as she neared the end of her sentence.
“Oh excuse me for being wary with people who I haven’t seen in years because nobody bothered to make contact with me!” You snapped at her but she huffed and raised her eyebrows at her sister across from her, taking it as a que to finally speak.
“Hey. You could’ve also reached out, don’t go blaming it all on us.” Natasha spoke as she picked up her glass to take a drink of, her eyes temporarily meeting yours.
“How? I couldn’t even speak fluent English until a couple weeks ago!” You raised your voice at her as your hands began waving around in the air.
“You don’t need to be fluent to dial a number and say ‘Hey long time no see!’” She retaliated.
“I do when the person I want to find is off the grid somewhere in America.” You mumbled, standing up abruptly and leaving the table.
Nat rolled her eyes at you but stood and followed you into what she assumed was your bedroom. “That’s not fare, I was helping save the world.”
“Isn’t that lucky”
“Look I don’t know what’s wrong with you but you need to sort it out.” Nat leant against the doorframe with her arms crossed over her chest.
“So what? You think that you can leave me a letter like you did and then expect me to be waiting for you with open arms?” You scoffed at her “Not happening. You don’t write a letter telling someone you love them and then never contact them.”
“I didn’t even know you’d escaped! If I did you know damn well I would’ve found you.” She huffed at you.
“You didn’t know?”
“Of course not!” She exclaimed and threw her arms into the air in exasperation.
“Melina didn’t tell you?” You asked and stood in front of her. “I specifically told her to tell you. She said that she’d been in regular contact with you and that she could pass on my return to you.” Your eyes welling up with unshed tears.
“Well I never got any messages off of her.”
“Clearly.” You grumbled and looked at the floor but you stepped forward and hugged her tightly, arm wrapping around her shoulder on top of her white suit, you both stood for a while hugging each other before you spoke up again. “I thought black was your colour.” You let out a teary laugh but kept your head on her shoulder.
“What? You don’t like it?” Nat asked you as she let her arms rest around your waist.
“I never said that, I actually like this one better.” you admitted and released yourself from her arms and smiled at her.
“Well maybe I’ll stick to white then.” She said as your faces leaned in closer to each other’s.
“Maybe you should.” You mumbled before your lips met.
My geography classroom has a picture of Nat on the wall so that is the only reason as to why I wrote this. Anyway, maybe I’ll write something soon again, maybe not ;)

Together | W. Maximoff x reader
Readers gender not specified <3
Summary | being blipped is not fun, but what happens when you return 5 years later and Wanda’s gone off the rails and you and her meet again in her fight to steal Americas power.
MoM events, infinity war events - not in order! ~Wanda doesn’t get blipped and the order of events is non existent but just go with it for the plot please!!
Tumblr media
You’d disappeared in the blip along with many heroes such as: Peter Parker, King T’challa and Scot Lang. You were an avenger to an extent but had very little impact on missions but nonetheless, you were classed as an avenger. So when the blip happened you weren’t missed by many, your disappearance hadn’t had a big affect on people or the world for that matter. Apart from one witch, Wanda Maximoff.
She’d watched Vision be slaughtered by Thanos and disintegrate by the blip but then to see you, her closest friend, standing in the middle of the clearing fading away. That was hard. Her love: vision and you: her 1st true love (unknown to her) to be taken away from her at exactly the same time, not a minute or second after the first. Another level of difficulty.
At first she’d mourned you both, visiting the memorial sight and searching for your names until she knew their location on the plaques off by heart. Eventually though, she stopped grieving for vision, but for you, never. She’d expected that she would be able to move on quickly after coming to terms with Visions death and thought the same for yours, but she never did.
In the back of her mind she’d always subconsciously thought of you. Simple things such as; walking past a new coffee shop in her neighbourhood and thinking that you’d like it and that she should take you there, but she couldn’t because you were gone and you always would be. Right?
Wrong. After five years the majority of people who were victims of the blip returned, you being one of them.
You’d returned back in the same spot which you’d left in, confused as to where everyone else was. You’d made your way back to the compound to find out that Nat was gone and so was Tony but you hadn’t had time to cry about it because Bruce Banner had informed you that your witchy friend Wanda had gone off the rails.
Bruce had sat you down in an unused room and told you how Wanda had gone crazy: Westview, chasing after a young girl for her powers so she could be with her children, and you. He’d spoken about how after the blip she realised that you’d meant more to her than just a friend and that’s how she spiralled out of control quickly. Getting ahold of the dark hold so she could shift universes, one where you and her were together and her children were also yours. A happy family.
You’d travelled to Kamar - Taj to help protect the young girl who’s name you’d learnt was ‘America’. A dark cloud rolled over the sky, covering the sun, most light disappearing from the day.
Strange and Wong had sent you and America inside the temple to increase the amount of protection, but soon it was breached and Wanda was inside the same room as you. She hadn’t noticed you at first, too focused on getting the girl and draining her off all her powers. It was only when you approached her whilst her magic choked America and took her powers, that she finally noticed you.
Her magic had faltered, allowing America unknowingly to open a portal into another universe, Strange diving into her to push them both through it to get away from Wanda.
Wanda had fallen to her knees in-front of you, as the girls portal closed, tears seeping from her eyes. She’d thought you were dead all this time, especially since you hadn’t come back when others did. She was sure of it.
You’d walked slowly up to her and knelt beside her, hugging her for the first time in over 5 years. “You can’t do this, this isn’t right.” You’d whispered to her as she hugged you tightly, momentarily forgetting about America and Doctor Stranger.
“I have to protect my boys.” She’d replied and pushed you away from her body to take a look at your face. She’d raised a hand to your cheek and held you face in her hands “who will protect them if i, their mother, aren’t there?” She’d asked you.
You’d sat in silence before speaking up again, trying to convince her to stop chasing after the poor girl who didn’t even have control of her powers. “You aren’t the only Wanda right?” She’d nodded at you and you took her hands into your own, deciding to go for your last resort.
“So if you go to your boys in another universe, then you’ll have to somehow get rid of the Wanda in that universe and you’ll also be leaving me, when I’ve only just got back!” You’d smiled shyly at as she looked up into the ceiling, you could see the cogs turning in her head.
“But what about my boys? Billy and Tommy? I’ll never see them again, I’m afraid I can’t let that happen.” She’d told you as she’d given you a tight lipped smile and lay a kiss on you forehead, moving her hands up to your collarbones, rubbing them soothingly as she spoke again. “You can come with me. You know I’ll win anyway, I always do.” She’d given you a teasing smile and a wink, stood from you and turned away, closing her eyes to what you had assumed to create a gateway into the universe of which America and Strange had escaped to.
Wrong, again. She’d dream walked into the alternate universe and you’d watched as her face twitched as she sat cross legged, levitating off of the ground in a circle of candles and runes.
You’d also watched as a dear friend of Wongs destroyed the dark hold, turning to ash in the process, Wanda falling to the ground as a result. You’d ran over to her, hands flying to her waist to help her up, watching as her eyes glowed a fiery red from anger and from the placement of your hands.
You’d also watched as she tortured Wongs students to get information on the dark hold and stolen their rings to open up portals.
However before she and Wong were to walk through the portal she’d reached out her hand to you, asking you to join her. You’d looked around you at the destruction which she’d caused and then back to her. You’d reached forward to her and grasped onto her hand and she smiled at you as she pulled you and Wong through the portal.
If you were to choose a side to be on after the avengers had collapsed, what better side to be on than with your ‘best friend’.
You’d always stayed by her side, and that’s how you stayed even when the Darkhold castle collapsed around you as you held each-other.
It’s been a little while but who cares!!

Run away | H.J Granger
Post war, Readers gender not specified <3
Summary | your parents were either killed or imprisoned during the battle of hogwarts and you need so a fresh start away from everything, what happens when a familiar face comes knocking on you door a year later?
Tumblr media
After finishing school you decided to move into the city - London, wanting a change in scenery from where you’d spent the majority of your life: Hogwarts.
It was nice at the start, you had a normal muggle job and had no contact with the wizarding world. Your family had been avid followers of ‘you know who’ and had either been killed during the final battle or sent to Azkaban for eternity, it did you a favour though, not to say that you didn’t miss having a parent or sibling around but you could achieve more in the wizarding world, if you wanted to now.
Although gradually you’d started noticing things that to the muggle eye seemed normal, but to your eyes, definitely stuck out of place. Each time you saw something you’d note them down mentally, one that stuck out to you was the pet shop which had recently opened on a street nearby.
The pet shop itself wasn’t the odd thing, it was the customers that were coming and going. All of them had at least one child with them, all wearing long cloaks, cloaks you knew all too well. You remember wearing one yourself many times growing up as you and your mother had been preparing to travel to the ministry via floo powder.
That could only mean one thing: wizards in the vicinity.
You’d spent so long trying to hide yourself from the wizarding society, you’d almost had a heart attack at the realisation that wizards and witches were travelling back and forth near where you lived.
You’d rushed home quickly and splashed freezing water on your face, attempting to wake yourself up from this nightmare which was reality.
You’d gone from your bathroom into your bedroom to change into some more comfortable clothes when someone had knocked at your front door. You’d ran to look out the window to see who could be knocking at your house- you never got post and always went out to buy things instead of shopping online, so when you saw Hermione Granger on your front steps you fell back from the window in disbelief.
You’d been best friends since the first year of hogwarts and in fourth year you’d gotten together, in your getaway from the magic lifestyle, you’d cut everyone off including her. She’d sent you letters asking if you were okay and then asking what she did wrong, you’d never replied of course, otherwise what was the point of running away?
You’d opened the door slightly, enough to see her in person and for her to see the side of your face. You’d re-closed it and then opened it fully asking why she was here and that you were sorry for what you’d done, it seemed that she hadn’t heard you or ignored you as she’d walked past you and taken a seat on your couch, looking at you expectantly, beckoning you to sit down as well.
That was where you both were now.
“So how come your here?” You asked sheepishly as you sat next to her. She hadn’t changed only matured more, her hair sat in a braid on her shoulder as she stared at the carpeted floor.
“I’ve been looking for you, you know.” She muttered and finally looked at you. “After you ran away I figured it was because you needed time to grieve, so I gave It to you. I left you alone, but then you never came back and not once did you reply to my letters.” She moved so her whole body was facing you and you wanted the ground to swallow you up more than ever.
“I missed you.” As the words fell from her lips, a tear escaped from her eye which she quickly wiped away hoping you hadn’t noticed. You did.
“Don’t cry.” You whispered as moved closer to her and hugger her for the first time over a year, it probably wasn’t what she wanted to hear but you said it anyway. As you sat there with her, you realised how selfish and thoughtless you’d been. Yes, you’d needed time to come to sense of what had happened, but did you really need to cut the only person left who loved you?
“I’m sorry, if I could go back in time I would never have done this. I would’ve stayed with you, Harry and Ron and we could’ve helped each other.” You admitted and she stayed silent so you continued speaking: “you didn’t do anything wrong, my whole family were death eaters and had been killed or sent to prison. I wanted a fresh start, away from everythin-”
“-away from me?” She murmured, you could barely hear her ask the question but you did. You chuckled and tapped her back, pulling away from the hug.
“No, I loved you more than anything and still do. What I did was stupid, I didn’t think and I was so used to you being there that it seemed like you were always going to be there, so when I ran away I hadn’t realised that I’d left you, like everyone else, with no note or nothing until it was too late.” She nodded at you before standing up, taking her bag off and placing it on your coffee table.
She looked down at you from where she was stood and told you to stand up and hugged you again, you gladly returned it, it was long overdue and one wasn’t enough.
“We’ll I’m going to be here now and it’s not a choice.” She told you and you rose an eyebrow her, confused as to what she was as talking about. She rolled her eyes at you and tried to hide her smile: “I mean that I’m not leaving your house until you tell me everything that’s happened since you left.”
You laughed and gave a heavy sigh, you owed her it. “only if we can act like nothing happened and go back to how we used to be.” You stated and rested your hands on your hips.
She didn’t answer you but instead slowly pecked your lips, as she pulled away you kept her in her place by holding onto her wrists and pulling her down onto you as sat on the couch again, beginning to tell her the long list of things that had happened since you’d been apart.
I’m already seeing a pattern that I post during the night ._.

Rooftop | P. Parker
Angst, female reader
Summary | you’d always kept peters identity a secret but when he turns to doctor strange to erase his identity being leaked, what happens to you and him?
Tumblr media
Being Spider-Man’s girlfriend was different, more than you originally thought it would be anyway.
Before you knew who the masked hero was you would lie awake in the night imagining what it would be like - however your past fantasies were very different to reality.
Many nights were spent on top of the city’s tallest buildings which lined the skyline of Queens, Peter laughing at you for being scared at the height, not feeling sorry one bit. Many more nights entailed you and him being interrupted by Tony stark, calling Peter to the compound for an emergency mission. Although you were sure he didn’t want Peter wearing the suit out too quickly by wearing it on ‘non essential meetings with you’re girlfriend’, as you’d over heard Mr stark telling your boyfriend.
Sitting on the rooftop of your apartment block you’d thought about everything you and him and had done all for his mysterious 2nd identity- Spider-Man, the secrecy and limited time spent with each other was worth it in your eyes. You got to meet the person you loved most whilst he got to save the world! What more could you ask for?
Except it was no longer worth it. His identity had been leaked, everywhere you looked; left, right and centre, his face appeared on billboards, tv screens, phones and newspapers. All that time you hid in the shadows in fear that someone would catch on that you were meeting up with none other than Spider-Man, put two and two together and realise who Spider-Man really was.
All for nothing.
Peter was the reason you were sat in your hoodie and sweat pants on your rooftop in winter, having called you at 2:57am asking for you to meet him there. He claimed he needed to tell you something, you could hear the wavering in his voice and could practically hear his trembling hands from over the phone.
You originally thought ‘he’s going to break up with me”, oh it was much worse than that.
He was sat next to you within 10 minutes of calling you, his suit nowhere in in sight as it was pointless now, everyone knew.
He’d told you that there was a way to fix the problem and reconcile his identity, you face lit up with joy as you asked him “really?!” He’d nodded his head solemnly and your expression returned to confusion.
You’d heard about the infamous Doctor Strange, so when Peter told you that he had the answer to all of his problems, you knew it wasn’t going to be good but if it was the only way, then so be it.
He’d hugged you tightly before whispering what was going to happen, not asking if you were okay with it, but telling you it was going to happen and there was nothing you could do about it.
You’d forced yourself to accept it, for his sake.
You were going to forget him, his smile, his scent, his voice, everything about him, soon to be eradicated from your mind.
So when he left you up on the rooftop, tears streaming down your face, you thought that you’d never forgive him- ever. It didn’t matter though, because you wouldn’t remember him anyway, but he would always remember you.
Thats when the spell hit you.
All of a sudden a wave of calmness washed over you, you had no recollection of ever needing to be on your rooftop in the dead of night, no memory of why your cheeks were stained with tears, but what puzzled you the most was the letter left beside you, wrapped in a jumper.
You’d picked them both up, unravelling the letter from the jumper and returning to your room. The writing looked oddly familiar and even more so did the scent of the jumper, whoever left it there had quite obviously drenched it in their aftershave. Maybe you shouldn’t have picked them up, but you were drawn to them, like a force from another universe.
You had no idea who’s jumper it was and never would.
In your mind, Peter Parker had never existed to you.
Another one!

Inevitable | H.J Granger
Angst, death (r), readers gender not specified <3
Summary | you’d always been friend with Hermione but feeling we’re never acted upon, how does she deal with events of the battle of hogwarts?
Tumblr media
You and Hermione Granger had always been friends - since the first day of hogwarts on the train, you’d been inseparable, but as you both grew older inevitably feelings changed, some quicker than others.
It was criminal how long it took for both to even come around to the idea of liking the other as more than their best friend, over time withdraws were made from each other, you and her both thinking denying and ignoring the butterflies which surfaced when you both caught a glimpse of each other, would be better than confronting them.
You were both wrong.
People noticed the changes- the once inseparable pair where now, more often than not, seen apart. The reason? No one knew but the said pair. Others assumed it was out of boredom that the two gradually distanced themselves, thinking that after 5 years of being around each other virtually 24/7 had gotten too much.
Both side suffered. Both wanted desperately to be close with each other again, whether it be to study or simply hold Harry and Ron back going at Dracos and his goons’ necks.
Yet did they act on it? No.
Which is why in the battle of Hogwarts, it was a sorry sight to see Hermione kneeling beside your body, whispering her apologies which she held from you for too long. Her tears cascading down her cheeks as she held onto your now lifeless body, imagining how different things could have been if she’d have been brave enough to let you know her feelings.
Onlookers telling that you died for a reason - the war was won, you had a role in the decimation of Voldermort and his followers, but to no avail it was no consolation.
They may had won the war, but you had won her heart long before that.
If only you had acted upon them.
This was my first piece of writing so feedback would be appreciated! Also I am open to taking requests <3
