hey so... everyone knows Kabru is the opposite of Laios, but nobody talks about how the rest of their party members are also opposed,
scab criminal Mickbell against unionized worker Chilchuck
dogboy against catgirl
Rin the outlaw mage who hasn't actually done anything wrong against Marcille the highborn upper class mage who's secretly a necromancer
Dia the dwarf who distrusts dungeons against Senshi the naturalist who's lived in dungeons for decades
Holm the support mage who uses other creatures as a shield against Falin the cleric with a martyr complex

i was looking through fatt pinup week stuff from last year and i’d completely forgotten i had already done “pseudo-academic boyfriend lured into swamp by a barefoot animal-transforming ex-farmer” … they’re even wearing the same clothes (<-not a surprise, my costume design is laughable)???
which is very funny, but also an accurate comparison of how i imagine their relationship dynamics…

Ghazzah was once a thriving sea port, a center of medical knowledge, well-known for its textiles and beautiful patterns. It was a culinary wonder, and the food was well-known for the people's use of chili peppers in most of their dishes. Ghazzah was always special, not just within Palestine but within the broader region it existed at nearly the center of.
Ghazzah has since become a graveyard for children, through occupation, through Western imperialism, through their genocide of us. Through hatred and propaganda it was justified, by all of Western media, and the occupation's 'Hasbara' propaganda machine.
The people of Ghazzah and the city and its culture and its history have always been exceptional, that scared them; it scared them that they couldn't steal that from us. So they tried to tear it down. The circumstances imposed on us are not who we are.

im noticing that for a lot of americans “free palestine” has been an ideological motto and symbol rather than them actually believing in their heart that freedom is attainable and necessary

I got used to the super salty date rape drug. I'll get used to the artificially sweet one. But holy shit is this making me feel sick on an empty stomach.

Obsessed with the fact that Jacobi explicitly states that he does not think what he does is good and that he does not view himself as a useful member of society, except in that his skill set clears the way for people with “better” skills to do their work. In his mind he functionally only exists so that Alana can do great things. He calls them both monsters but ultimately sees her work as contributing to the betterment of the world and his to the detriment. He dedicated his life to supporting her.
Yet he survived and she didn’t.

I was so caught up in the joy of having my sleep meds back that I completely forgot about the whole can't-eat-for-two-hours-before-first-dose and can't-drive-for-six-hours-after-second-dose bedtime math that I lived with for years until I was pulling up to my house at 9:00 PM after work.

Round 2

Ok so if you wanna vote Buneary you can go ahead and vote for it, if you wanna vote GLaDOS first you need some additional context. Asimov's Three Laws of Robotics are Laws made by science fiction author Isaac Asimov, that robots in his stories would have programed into them, being unable to break (or maybe they could be broke. I haven't read his work.) The point is the Laws are the following, remember them for when you are voting (btw there is technically a zeroth law, but we are going to ignore it);
The First Law: A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
The Second Law: A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
The Third Law: A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.
Propaganda Under The Cut
Buneary:
Buneary is an adorable adorable bunny that hates you the minute you catch it. It is the only pokemon other than legendaries that has a base friendship of 0. In one of the more recent pokemon games, you can catch a buneary (typically a tiny bunny) that is larger than your player character. I love the pokemon buneary.
bunearies are. adorable. and full of hate. If you don’t vote for buneary then I will not have to do anything to you because buneary can and will beat you up. don’t test her she can jump over a building and kick you in the face if you look at her wrong. vote buneary.
My mutual loves the pokemon buneary very much :)
buneary is cool and deserves to win a tournament
GLaDOS:
if she doesn't win she'll flood your house with neurotoxin and turrets
Her <3
diversity win! the robot that wants to kill you is a woman!
