How to ACCURATELY calculate calories burned while working out!
We have all seen those cute “easy 100 calorie workout” posts. But sadly, those calories burned aren’t always accurate to what your weight it. A person who weighs 180 pounds is going to burn more calories than someone who weighs 135 pounds. So I’ve done the math behind how to get a perfect count
KEY THINGS TO REMEMBER
• Each workout has their own level of intensity which will therefore burn different amounts of calories
• To get an accurate count, each exercise must be done for a full minute without stopping.
HOW TO CALCULATE
• Each exercise below has a matching decimal
• Take the decimal associated with whatever exercise you did and multiply it by your current body weight
• That number will tell you how many calories you burned in one minute of that exercise
Squats~ .096
Push-ups~ .037
Crunches~ .022
Planking~ .022
Jumping jacks~ .037
Arm Circles~ .007
Mountain climbers~ .059
Lunges~ .059
Donkey/Back kicks~ .030
Walking~ .014
Running/sprinting~ .096
Stairs/ Stair climber~ .044
Weight Lifting~ .022
Box jumps~ .096
Burpees~ .059
EXAMPLE
For a 135 pound person- one minute of burpees will burn roughly 8 calories a minute
For a 180 pound person- one minute of burpees will burn roughly 11 calories a minute
I hope this helped any confusion of how to accurately count calories with out the use of a Fitbit, calorie tracker app, or just guessing. Happy exercising!

“Victory is yours”
!!!TW; AN*REXIA!!! I WROTE THIS FOR MYSELF
hey there.
your hands are shaking while you reach out for the utensils, is that really what you want? Sure, the food might smell, taste and look good but is that meal really gonna help you achieve that goal you’ve wanted? the collarbones, the slender wrist and the even stomach YOU dreamed of. Its just a few minutes.. a few minutes of pain you can endure instead of an eternity of self loathing and numbers increasing. In the end it will be worth it, read a book, read articles, youtube, drink the tea you made for yourself.
darling, it will be alright. trust the process, afterall,
Victory is yours…

I Remember
I remember when I could go to a party and not eat a single bite because I was fasting. I remember when I could walk thru my kitchen and leave with a glass of 0 calorie herbal tea. I remember going days without food and feeling in control and at peace. I remember the feeling of hunger pulling my mind away from all other distractions. I remember stepping on the scale and seeing the numbers drop. I remember looking in the mirror and seeing my bones start to show. I remember running my hand along my side and feeling my rib cage. I remember seeing the bones in my hands and wrists becoming more defined. I remember my legs becoming smaller and forming a thigh gap. I remember carrying something against my side and it hurting my hip bones.
I remember all of this.
Now I can’t see a package of Oreos without eating them. Now I can’t go into the kitchen without eating some disgusting piece of food. Now I can’t go hours without wanting to eat again. Now the hunger makes me give in to food. Now I can’t step on the scale without the numbers going higher. Now I can barely see my bones beneath all of my fat. Now I can hardly feel my rib cage. Now the bones in my hands and wrists are practically invisible. Now my legs are back to being elephant legs. Now my hip bones are cocooned in disgusting fat.
That was then. This is now. Soon will be the future.
I won’t continue being this disgusting fat worthless piece of shit. I can’t give in to food any more. I won’t give in. I will be strong so I won’t just say “I remember..” but “now I am.”
I’m gonna make myself thin, pretty, beautiful, and perfect. I have to do this.

Let's talk about the anorexia-stereotype of doing everything perfectly
They typical anorexic is shown as the perfect, smiling student, studying the whole night, getting perfect grades, doing workout after workout and never eating
And while that may be true for some, in my experience most people are totally different from what's known as the perfect anorexic.
For me it's struggling the whole day and night, if I should eat, what I should eat.
It's struggling to even get up because your body can't take starvation anymore.
It's sleeping the whole day, because you're missing nutrients and you were kept awake by your thoughts the whole night.
It's being freezingly cold, which results in you not being able to do anything with your fingers for example writing.
It's the time consumption taking everything away from you. Your family, your hobbies, your school work.
It's binging that makes you feel like you failed as an anorexic.
Not only your organs failing but also your will to live, your energy, your grades, your hygiene, your hobbies, your friends, your family.
Stop expecting perfection from someone with an eating disorder.

YOUR ED IS VALID
Idk if you are gaining weight, loosing weight, eating regularly, eating irregularly, binging all the time, never binging, purging, or not purging

Why does no one talk about how hard it is to live together with someone who has an ed too?
• constant competition
• eating habits triggering you
• feeling like you are being judged for eating / gaining weight
• constant comments on how fat they are -> you learn that being a normal weight/ overweight is something to be ashamed of
• the ed sufferer tries to manipulate you into gaining weight
• being triggered by weight loss
• comments on calories etc.
For me it is my mum, what about you?
