Happy #StarTrekDay. I forgot to prepare anything special, and I don’t really have the time to, so here’s a bunch I made previously but decided not to post for varying reasons. Including ones for Discovery & Picard (which I normally wouldn’t do as they don’t have episode title cards, so it’s less fun to pretend I have unaired title cards*), Lower Decks (which I normally wouldn’t do, since its already a self-aware comedy so making joke title cards isn’t as comically juxtaposing) and the still-upcoming Star Trek: Strange New Worlds and Star Trek: Prodigy. Looking forward to the panels and trailers today! (Actually, I’m in the UK, so won’t be able to see any of those until tomorrow, but never mind!)

Rocchetto Stool designed by Achille & Pier Giacomo Castiglioni for Kartell c. 1960’s

Achille & Pier Giacomo Castiglioni were Italian space age industrial designers and brothers. Their Rocchetto Stool for Kartell features a removeable top and hidden storage. It was used as in The Search for Spock, with the seat removed for use as a side table, and as seating for a few episodes of The Next Generation.
