It's a lot healthier to take a quick shower than to procrastinate an elaborate routine for days. Don't aim so high that you won't be hitting anything!

And then someone replies something along the lines of "me when I am a simple engineer in [country that does not exist anymore] at [extremely specifically precise date] about to have a nice day at work."
