I remember when Sonic 1 AND 2 came out and people complained about there being too much human screen time and not enough of the fluffy babies

With both I went into the theater and didnt find this to be an issue at all, for me personally. People who did feel that way are still valid, of course.

Soooooo I take the too much wade not enough knuckles complaint with a big fat grain of salt. I wont know if I like it until I see it, no reason to worry about it until then.

And that’s what I’ve said last night as well. SCU does a pretty good job with sharing screen time with Sonic characters and with movie-canon characters. I definitely recommend waiting a bit longer before we make final judgement calls. I think that one negative review from Kotaku really messed with our heads…

As someone who took 2 years of Japanese in High School theres actually two or three ways to say goodbye in Japanese depending on context

Sayonara is used in contexts of you not being able to see someone for a long time or a final goodbye.

In Japanese Maria says Adios which has the same meaning but, also can be rooted into two words when combined means "Your going to god" a.k.a Heaven
