inadvertently continuing my streak of Lokikid posting - (prev & prev) becauuuuuuse

today (Feb 23) is Eisa & Einmyria’s 10th birthday!! Somehow AHHH

a birthday portrait (Eisa- L, Einmyria- R) and— 😇 oh a joke that requires several years essays worth of context, doesn’t it. lmao

Utterly wild to think that nine months + 10 real-time years ago, Maci, Tory, and Loki were engaged in screamy ragey warfare after Maci allowed Loki to sleep with Tory once and— Tory ended up accidentally pregnant. NO ONE handled it well but a truce was reached by the time the twins were born… and Plus so many other harrowing things happened in the interim that one surprise pregnancy became small potatoes… and Maci, Tory, and Loki HAVE successfully coparented for all those years. these days Eisa and Einmyria aren’t Maci’s stepkids they’re absolutely y just her kids, byyy the wayyy💞🥹

However even considering all that above and their settling down, everyone in the palace knows that Maci and Loki STILL Loudly Bicker and Argue about everything, cause eeeeveryone in the palace knows they can’t REALLY stand each other & have been each others petty enemies for almost two decades. This is Basic Elysium Fact 101, since they also can’t help but make their eternal feud EVERYONE’S problem —

except. now very suddenly. …I mean sort of over the last two-ish years but — very suddenly one step further Now — uh— uhhhhh??

more (E)LokiKid posting oh I am so serious when I say this is ALL I can think about right now — here’s the other post I just made — none of these are in order at all I’m just doing things randomly AHHH—

Hela, Loki’s eldest daughter - and Kiddo Number Two in the Elysiumverse lineup! (also one of th only two out of the entire Lokikid pile who hasn’t been able to move into the palace) I’ve only drawn her like twice before this post but here’s a current status Hela & one quick squishy baby snapshot :’))c

like Vali n’ Nari in the prev post, plus also her full siblings Fen n’ Jör, she’s one of the handful of Elysium Lokikids plucked straight over from mythology (and of course. Edited in our standard Elysiumverse fashion uwuuu.) to recap - Hela was half-dead while she was born and continued to decompose half down the center of her body….. forever and ever , perpetually growing and then rotting and then growing and then rotting. she was forcibly separated from mom Loki at the age of 14/15ish, along with her younger brothers - her fate was to be thrown into isolation within Niflheim, Norse land of the dead. she did at least become its Queen!

Hela’s only appeared in the canon Elysiumverse in the form of kiddo flashbacks during Loki’s Memory Theater when he’d first arrived, and offscreen. years after her banishment, she was horrified to find the ripped apart souls of her baby half brothers floated into her realm - she’d patched them back together and kept them safe with her, until word came many years after THAT that Loki was alive but in another realm of the dead. Tory, prince of course of that Underworld, requested Vali and Nari be transferred over to reunite with their father…. and Hela too, with her mother, if she wanted.

Hela sent her brothers to him but declined the invite…… despite missing Loki terribly, Hela as an adult had become quite attached to her realm. Beyond the inherent threat of course of defying Odin’s banishment, she feels she’s got an obligation to it and won’t ever leave 💔

…..She is easily one of the coolest Elysium characters and it’s such a shame that she doesn’t fully exist onscreen in it fgkfkf wELL ANYWAY!! more Lokikids maybe to come idk??? take this in the meantime! SHE!!

2: canon convo number two, several years later as a comic! with Neo age 11-ish & the Quads about 13! Sweeney is the best dress up doll 🙃 (no tarantulas were harmed in the making of this comic). Something that probably does not translate super well in the way I drew this is that Klonie spent that whole convo putting Sweeney in different little hats?? as one does. Anyway octo-pet hangout date in the future!?? maybe!

exactly what it says on the tin: One Specific Canon Convo, dialogue written long ago by me n’ Fenixe (located on her abandoned tumblr @fenixethekid ) - some loose clips plucked out, but at least in chronological order! In honor of retconning a couple of things - I got SO carried away with this - ahem, SO WHAT’S HAPPENING HERE?!?! notes and long story below, behind the cut— beware it gets super dark in here :((( mind the content tags & proceed With Caution-

I’ve previously talked about Meli’s whole deal - two entities, Good & Evil, inhabiting one vessel - when the Evil control reset to allow the Good half to pilot, Meli was adopted by Epi & Eury to live happily ever after! 😇uh,

…Until about a year after Meli was adopted, during the first ~baby boom~ of Elysium, when Epi & Eury were now expecting their own second child, a baby girl named Melanie that Epi was carrying! “Huh why haven’t I ever heard of her before” you might be asking?? 😅 well.

And next, also undrawn - the VERY first thing that eMel proceeded to do to her adoptive father upon whisking him away, was to brutally murder the unborn Melanie.

…. and so. Epi my BABY. Well this whole time the sneak peeks have produced “oh poor Meli” and “oh cool Eris” comments but the jokes on you bc this was really an Epi post this whole time❣️🥺 baby babbbyyy/- ohhhh my hGOD DDD DD

to this date this was probably among the darkest if not THE darkest plotS in the Elysium’verse however despite also being one of my sick angsty faves, I’ve never really drawn much from this and good thing bc now 12 years later I actually FINALLY CAN draw so hello!??? at long last.

Though Eris has ALWAYS been here, there have been many things changing in the Elysium’verse lately and one of which is that we’ve now formally revamped Eris completely, easy to do since I’ve never even drawn her previous incarnation! although this is a decision that bears really no weight in the active Elysium’verse bc currently Eris is still, in canon, locked away forever in Tartarus and she’s certainly not making any modern appearances —

BUT retroactively, not only has Eris wreaked plenty of (now, mostly vague) havoc in the distant past among our cast as a chaotic ally to famous Big Bads Thanatos and OrigiMel— specifically, we’ve also amplified her role in One Particular Event from long ago. and for me to draw THAT I needed to draw HER, so………. here she is! and WELL that post is coming up next!! HMM!!

quickly to note that Eris’ new design is inspired wholeheartedly by a couple of things in particular other than “general chaos”, INCLUDING: the wild patterns that Ancient Greek art is alleged to have originally been painted with, since E!Eris DOES come from Olympus; TMA!the spiral michael-helen rainbow brand swirly fanart; the specific asymmetry the internet says you should wear as hair/makeup to avoid being picked up on facial recognition; of course…the melty swishy Eris from obscure cartoon Sinbad uwu

Her best friend Nari (and Vali, off screen)- Loki’s late sons - plus one boy juggling act Itylus and his cousins, Eupie and Cleodoxa, who are two of the Famously Murdered Niobids. Cleo is a MISERABLE poltergeist but Meli’s too nice to shoo her away

this picture brings my grand final total of Elysium OCs featured this month to ‼️60 DIFFERENT CHARACTERS.‼️ or 61 if I count Meli and OrigiMel as different people. despite this WILDDDDD NUMBER I didn’t plan this well and in the end I’m missing JUST SIX?!?!?!?!?!?!? Eisa and Einmyria are Lokikids! They’re the daughters of Loki and Tory. When they were born like 10 years ago this was a huge drama sitch because no one expected tory to get knocked up and at the time Loki and Maci HAAAATED EACH OTHER so this was. catastrophic. it all worked out Eisa and Einmyria just have three parents now!! everyone’s a family!!

Eisa looks like that bc she is physically made out of rocks and lava embedded into her skin and. Einmyria in turn is physically made out of crumbly ash and she sheds particles wherever she goesss as we know Lokikids are wacky

but 😈thanks to their super intimidating big sister Neo, daughter of Tory and Maci of course- they have her as secret weapon to win every internal Lokikid sibling squabble (rare as those may be) bc she. can be Spooky on command. and GRANTED all the Lokikids do have A death goddess as a bigger sister too but Hela doesn’t live here sooooo… they win🤪

This is a choose your own context post bc I don’t know what sort of mischief Eisa and Einmyria have gotten into but clearly it’s something???? it’s an innate instinct in them. Cmon.

SO! At this point when I had drawn this, I sat back and went “wow! I COULD probably have included every Elysium character if I’d planned at all! I’m missing just a handful!! LEts see how far I can get to that finish line for the next pic!!” fgkfkfkg And so uhhhhh

sobbing bc when tryin to decide who to draw for this pic I was like. hmm. well. the cloak Chal used to wear when she was supervillaining with Thanatos is this exact color— ohHhHH NO—

and then after I drew that first one gasped and realized that baby N is?!?! also the same color and?!!!!! oh my god oH MY GOD????

I can only assume we all know Chal’s shtick as she’s my favie and she’s all over here but. if somehow you do Not Chal’s history before her extremely in depth rehabilitation into the Elysium cast, who she is today, is that she was Thanatos’ kid (his “son”, at the time, as Chal didn’t realize she was a girl until. like. 3 years ago) — trained to follow in his footsteps as next supervillain of Elysium, though Thanatos was barely kind to her either -

until Elysium caught her first and broke the brainwashing she’d grown up cowering under 🥺 she’s in a much better place now - the second drawing - firstly adopted by Designated Palace Parent ™ Tory (and Maci, tho her relationship with Chal is complicated and weird in a. good way lmfao?? Maci’s like. weird mentor-den mother to Chal ffkfkf ) -

secondly now she’s also of course MARRIED to Bel and THIRDLY also of couursseeee undoing the nightmare of her parental trauma by parenting HER very own baby, Enodia “N” who. now has the best mommie of all time. I love drawing Chal’s rare little smiles they’re :’))) mostly around N aAH. AND yes this is yet another Wing Curl Cuddle pic!!

‼️moody deity with a superiority complex who’s built his entire identity around being a sorcerer VS actual goddess of all magic and witchcraft from competing pantheon just chillin’ = FIGHT!‼️ jkjk aka yay witchy gang in lavender!! well I SAID yesterday that today’s post was low key 🤭 notes!!

I am at a point in my life that I am constantly forgetting that Elysium!Loki is technically not an OC and is in fact transplanted from — but to me he is 🥰 listen he’s been here for like 11 years he can do what he wants

BUT Hecate’s supposed to be the big focus here cause this light pinky purple is her color! Hecate is 💞pastel goth💞 she is::: very cool. very nonchalant. extremely powerful but like, ehh yknow whatever, about it. not a big deal.

I’m not sure that she knows that she’s locked in an eternal behind the scenes competition with Loki, who IS also very cool BUT can’t be nonchalant about anything ever?? “Competing for what” I literally don’t even KNOW? but he views her as a Threat and a Challenge 😠

again I can’t stress how little Hecate knows or cares about his Opinion™ ffkfkfk. he’s actually more courteous to her than he’d like to be bc she’s sort of like, dating one of his sons (Fenris)?? lmao!!?? grinds his fuckin gears but WHATEV

these two witches (which is another strike against her, Loki does not appreciate being called a witch🙄) do often team up to perform magical deux ex machina tasks and favors in the palace, most famously co-healing Chal’s arm after Ker ate it off which came with a Chthonic-brand-magic side effect of some black claws on one hand. a cool look though! magic is cool, is the moral here 😎 that’s the gist
