Iiiiiiiiii reckon he's been out of the professional sphere for too long for him to go back into it now. Yes he could train and try to get signed again - but he'll be older and he'll likely have sustained a few injuries from his time in the Payday gang, so his body wouldn't be up to par for a professional ice hockey player anymore.

I do think, however, that he can't remove himself from the ice hockey scene entirely. He'd be an excellent coach - disciplined, tough but fair, good at the public-facing side like press interviews.

When Yadoking was once but just a Yado Prince, I had a writing task. We had to write a biography for Isaac Newton based on our prior learning, and I managed to write these absolute BANGERS:

"Oh, Diamond! Thou dost not know what thee hath done!"

And he didn't!

Context: Newton's dog, Diamond, once felled a lit candle in the lab (?) and so burnt down most of Newton's notes. These were the lines I chose to pen to convey this terrible, terrible event to my year 5 (?) primary school teacher.

Did Isaac Newton really talk like that? Probably not. But truly, Diamond did not know what he hath done and he didn't!

The more fanart I see of Pearl (Payday 3), the more I think she resembles Liquid Snake (Metal Gear Solid series).

I've been doing some writing fellas! I will probably finish writing The Cell before I die.

What's more, I've actually been enjoying writing again. It hasn't felt like a chore or a slog. I haven't balked or felt a swell of reluctance overwhelm me upon seeing the doc in my 'recently opened' docs.

Ahh yes!!! I actually went through and added the previous ones you Asked about to my WolfHox playlist on Spotify and gave each a listen to see how they felt.

Most of the songs you mentioned I'd never heard of - nor the bands/artists who made them! I am very bad at actually listening to new music these days - I get the majority of my new favourite songs from, uhh, lipsyncs on RuPaul's Drag Race, and the occasionally Shazam-ed song when I'm running errands.

What I liked was how there was a variety of vibes to the tracks? Like some were flirty or funny, some were more serious.

Allies or Enemies (The Crane Wives) really hit me as a WolfHox/The Cell song. It was a hard-working song - by that I mean, there are lines/verses I feel fit WolfHox specifically, & others that could be Hox talking to the crew more generally, or Dallas as the de facto leader of the gang. There's a bit of regret at how things turned out, and anger - but being angry and bitter all the time is tiring, and maybe some of that regret is about how he feels now all is said and done with The Rat dead. I've no idea if this is how you guys saw it, but going through the lyrics my mind jumped to all of these things.

Skeleton Appreciation Day in Vestal, NY (Bones)... from the name, struck me as a very odd choice. But again, listening to the lyrics - it brings to mind the at times obsessive, all-consuming and intense romance between Wolf and Hox. We see a lot more of Wolf's feelings and I've had some people express that Wolf's love for Hox maybe shouldn't be there, given all that's happened - but love is a bit irrational and weird and not easy to get rid of, and this song is like that, too.

I'm actually really... touched... that someone else has read something I've written, put a lot of time and thought and feelings into... and responded with their own energy and time and thoughts and feelings. That's so cool. It feels undeserved, but I am extremely flattered and I had a lot of fun listening to your picks.

I also have no idea how to write about music? Of course from a literature/analysis standpoint, I could go on and on... but uh, yeah. Beyond that I feel out of my depth.
