These one of a kind magical mermaidcore jellyfish and pearl seashell earrings are a unique and sustainable find.
The jellyfish earring is made from upcyled plastics from packaging that would otherwise be difficult to recycle. The sea shell earring is made from real shells that have upcyled from vacation souvenirs. Additionally, these earrings are made with hypoallergenic sterling silver ear hooks, glass beads, uv resin, and silver plated O rings.

Just potted up some herbs in my honey bee pots! Here I have oregano, parsley, and thyme. The best part about painting flower pots for etsy is that I literally always have a bunch of pots for my own plants and garden. My plants always look fabulous 🤩.

I've recently been obsessed with painting shiny metallic looking pots! On this one I painted blue cosmos on a bronze background. I love how it turned out so much I'm probably going to keep one for myself. I have acquired so many pots and things from attempting to make products for the shop. It's ok tho cause I have a bunch of plants that need pots right now.
How many plants do you have? I think I stopped counting after 15 lol.
You can find this flower pot and others in my etsy shop here.

What do y'all think of pastels?
I just finished working on this pot! I love how the pastels pop against the black background. Makes me think of wandering through a garden at night.

I may be a little weird, but I actually really like little cute bugs. I finished this pot with all these super cute blue beetles. I tried to make their shells look sort of iridescent by using lots of glitter and highlights. The bugs are inspired by the Hoplia Coerulea Beetles that are a beautiful shiny iridescent blue.
I'm thinking about making a series of pots in this style with different kinds of little bugs all over them.
What kind of bug should I paint next?

What are y'all planning to plant this spring? I have so many plans for my garden this year and can't wait to start my seedlings. I bought herb, a bunch of radish, sunflower, microgreen seeds and many more! I also have a pretty extensive plans for my indoor plants. I've started propagating some of my pothos and philodendron. I want to have so many vines it looks like I live in a jungle.
I'll keep y'all updated on my garden if your interested.
Any ways this Green Eyed Purple Blossom Planter is in the shop now!

Art vs Artist
Hey y'all,
I'm Maddie! I'm one of two best friends that makes art and sells it on our etsy store, Whimsical Aesthetics. I run this blog and our instagram, whimsical-aesthetics-official, for the shop. I love painting, drawing, and sculpting. My dream is to make selling my art a full time gig. Currently I work as an organic farmer and I get a lot of inspiration for my art from working on the farm.
We started this shop in February of 2020 with the dream to make amazing art, have booths at craft shows and conventions, make connections with awesome customers and other artist, and just have fun. When covid hit, it postponed selling at conventions and craft shows, but I still think we had a good first year all and all. I have gotten to connect with so many amazing artist online who have given me pointers and advice on my small businesses. I am so filled with gratitude and am looking forward to a better year in 2021!

The Green Lime Wedge Trinket Tray is the perfect stocking stuffer or gift to pair with a unique piece of jewelry. The tray is shallow, only about a 1/4 Inch deep. It's 4.5 inches at it's longest point and 2.5 inches wide.
The tray is designed to hold small trinkets, hair accessories, and jewelry.
The tray is hand sculpted from polymer clay and hand painted with acrylic paint. The entire tray is coated in polyacrylic to protect the surface and give it the glossy shine.
What kind of tray should I make next?

Death Hawk moths are one of my favorite things to paint and I love how this one turned out. I think I'm going to continue making more trinket trays. What do you guys want to see next?

Just finished these Hand Painted Goblincore Mushroom Tile Coasters. These coasters are a set of 4, as shown in the picture above. Thay come with Cork bottoms to help provide a cushion to protect furniture.
I worked really hard on these. At one point I had broken a tile after I had finished the design, had to get a new one, and start over. I think these came out beautifully though!
