I may be overreacting a little, but I am suprised at the fact that every one thinks the wally’s message in the hidden pages is “I will help you understand. I will find a way soon, neighbor” and not “I will help you understand, neighbor. I will find a way soon”.
Personally, I think “Neighbor” comes right after “understand” and not “soon” because in “understand” he asks us if we like home and he mentions that we can hear his house. It would make much more sense if it was then that Home made some sounds in Morse code, who is trying to tell us something.
This becomes specially clear right after the “i-2″ audio, where he suddenly changes topics, most likely to distract us from Home’s answer. This is the exact audio where it seems like Wally seems to lose his cool and seems more unnerving.
It’s not so much about the message itself, it’s more about the order of the dialogue. It would honestly make much more sense 👍
Decoded Message: I Will Help You understand, Neigbor. I will find a way soon
Full speech
“There you are. Welcome Home. Ha ha ha!”
“You’re the most! Ha ha ha! ....You’re so still. What are you doing.”
“What are you waiting for. To hear me again? Ha ha ha! I think... That means you can hear me.”
“Can you see me? That’s okay if you can’t. Don’t worry, I know you’re there. You know I’m here too. I will talk to you.”
“Do you like Home? Home is my house. Do you have a Home too? Do you hear it too? You can hear mine.”
[There is no dialogue. Only the sounds of Home creaking, groaning, banging, orsqeaking. ...Morse code?]
“Do you like to draw? I do. Do you know how to draw an eye? First, you draw a circle. Next you draw a smaller circle inside. Then you color it in.”
“That’s what an eye look like. My eyes are black. What color are yours?”
“...I can’t hear you ...Do you know who I am? We’ve looked into each other’s eyes so many times. You’re looking at me now.”
“I have more eyes than I did before. You know how to draw eyes. You draw mine many times. I know it is thanks to you, neighbor, that I can see. But it is still... I can’t... See.”
“...Why won’t you answer me, neighbor. Why can’t I hear you. You know me. You do. Please open. Let me in.”
So here’s a detail i’ve not seen anyone talk about quite yet regarding the new Welcome Home update: When on the “Your Neighborhood” section, there’s a little part just below Home that you can click on to send you to another page with the suffix “so-below” (which i’m pretty sure is in reference to the phrase “As Above, So Below”.
The page comprises of a dark screen where Wally is looking at/through a spooky, sketchy version of one of Home’s eyes as its pupil twitches. Now, this page existed before the July 22nd update, HOWEVER: What’s new is that if you wait on this screen long enough, a Wally Doodle appears at the bottom of the page that leads to a link of an audio clip, like with most Wally Doodles. HHHHOWEVER.
It’s not Wally on this disc! It’s Home! One of the few times we actually hear Home “speak” and it’s in Morse Code! Problem: I don’t know Morse Code. Anyone in the fandom whose capable of translating Morse Code from door squeaks, please help!
the way the tv series turned duck from this "main character with secondary character energy that is mostly known for THAT scene in episode 5" to the character that carried the entire season....
