Rock Wars - a Wolfwren fanfiction
A/N: Hello everyone! The first chapter of my long awaited rival rock bands/secret romance AU is finally up! Here is an extract and if you want to read the whole chapter the link will be at the end!
Shin glared at her.
“Sabine Wren, stalking is beneath you.”
Sabine whirled around to face the blonde.
“The only thing beneath me is you, once we crush you again.”
Shin got into her space, fiery glare finding Sabine’s eyes.
“Say that again.”
Before Sabine could, Hera grabbed her arm and pulled her away.
“I’m not letting you disqualify us before the contest has even begun.”
Sabine followed her, though she glanced back at the Nightsisters. Trilla gave her a little wave, looking smug as always. Reva had to pull Shin toward the stage. Sabine sighed and set her bass back in its case.
“Sabine, I don’t want you to come anywhere near them if you’re going to start a fight,” Hera ordered her.
“It was just a bit of pre-competition banter. I’m not going to fight them.”
Hera gave her an unconvinced look. Sabine snapped her bass case shut and picked it up. Pulling her phone from her pocket, she saw that she had received a message. The sender, Wolf, had sent a grainy, zoomed in picture of her back on stage. The caption below read ‘I think I know exactly what you should do.’ A reference to their song. Clever, she mused.
“Sabine, come on, we’re going to the VIP tent,” Ezra told her.
“I think I’m going to hang back,” she replied just as she heard the first few notes of the Nightsisters’ song. “Stake out the competition.”
Hera gave her a suspicious look.
“No fighting.”
“Girl scout’s honor,” Sabine replied, placing her phone on her chest.
Hera shook her head and didn’t comment on the fact that Sabine had never been a girl scout, and more the type of girl to prank the girl scouts. The Specters without Sabine left the backstage. Sabine turned around and watched their worst enemy perform.

The Greatest Mandalorian - a Wolfwren fanfiction
A/N: Hello everyone! I just posted the prologue of my new multichapter fanfiction. It's an AU in which Sabine's parents died during the Siege of Mandalore so she was trained by Bo-Katan. Here is the begining and if you want to read more the link will be at the end! First chapter comes out tomorrow :)
The Gauntlet stumbled on the frozen landing pad of the Wren stronghold, jarring Bo-Katan out of her thoughts. She had flown here in a daze, her thoughts not quite in place. They had saved Mandalore, but at what cost? She cut the ship’s engine and stood up. Here was the cost, two silver and gold helmets at the back of her ship. She picked both up, feeling their weight straining her shoulders.
She opened the ramp and let the frigid air of Krownest wrap around her. She had not felt warmth in months, it was only fair that she didn’t try to fight this cold either. She walked down. Clan Wren members stood on the landing pad, waiting for her, unbothered by the cold.
“Take me to her,” she ordered, though her voice didn’t sound as strong as she’d wished.
With a nod, the silver and gold Mandalorian took her into the stronghold. They navigated dark staircases and heated, narrow corridors, to the throne room. The door opened, letting Bo inside. She was clutching both helmets hard, her knuckled white in her gloves. She walked around the throne, under the gaze of a woman so alike Ursa, she might have thought her ghost had returned to haunt the stronghold. Her sister, Ylva, kept an eagle-like gaze on Bo-Katan as she walked around the throne and stopped at the bottom of the stairs. There, Bo saw she wasn’t alone. A little girl sat on her lap, no older than two. Her big, inquisitive eyes looked at Bo without the aggression her aunt was giving her. She had short dark brown hair and the puffy cheeks of an infant, still.
“Bo-Katan Kryze,” Ylva’s voice echoed in the throne room, bringing Bo’s attention back to her. “I heard of your victory on Mandalore.”
“A victory for Mandalore is not my victory. I wished more than anything that no one had had to die for it.”
“Not as much as I wish it. Why are you here?”
“I’ve come to pay my respect to Clan Wren, who suffered a heavy loss. Heavier than most. These belong to your clan.”
She presented both helmets to the new Countess. They had served their owners well, till the end. The visor on Aldrich’s was broken. The rangefinder on Ursa’s had been snapped off. It would have to be fixed before the helmet came to be used again.
Ylva turned to the little girl and whispered to her:
“Sabine, do you want to get your parents’ helmets?”

Jacen Day - a Wolfwren fanfiction
A/N: Hello everyone! Here is a new Wolfwren one-shot featuring Jacen and a little trip to Mandalore. Here is the beginning and if you want to read the whole story the link will be at the end!
Sabine landed the shuttle in Home One’s hangar. She opened the ramp. From the seat beside hers, Shin asked:
“So, how old is Jacen now?”
Sabine frowned.
“What do you mean?”
“Isn’t it his birthday?”
“Not quite.”
It was Shin’s turn to frown.
“But you’ve been calling today ‘Jacen Day.’”
Sabine glanced back into the shuttle. Since Jacen seemed late, she had the time to explain:
“After the Battle of Jakku when Hera thought she was going to die, she really wanted to spend more time with Jacen. But the New Republic kept her quite busy. So, for his birthday, she came up with Jacen Day. Every year, we all give him a ticket that he can use whenever he wants to do whatever he wants with us. This year he went to Ryloth with his mom, and to the beach. He got a piloting lesson from Zeb. Ezra took him to get a crystal for his own lightsaber. Which leaves only me. So today is Jacen Day.”
When she still saw no sign of the boy, Sabine frowned and stood out of her seat. Shin waited another beat before joining her. They stood at the edge of the ramp, surveying the busy hangar.
“Are we early?” Sabine asked herself.
Jacen burst out from one of the elevators and ran up to the shuttle. Hera followed at her own pace as she called:
“Jacen, they’re not going to leave without you.”

A Big Mandalorian Wedding - a Wolfwren fanfiction
A/N: Hello everyone! The long awaited sequel to "I Can Wait For You at the Bottom" is up and as the title implies, it is a wedding :) Here is the beginning and if you want to read the whole story, the link will be at the end!
Sabine had sat in front of the mirror, back ramrod straight, for what felt like hours. Her wedding suit wasn’t the most comfortable suit she’d ever worn, but her mother had insisted on something regal, worthy of this wedding of the century. It was a bit too gray for her taste, though the gold pattern on the satin mostly made up for it. She’d been allowed to paint the only beskar on her, her pauldrons, however she’d liked. One was orange and green in a checkered pattern. The other was dark red, with a circular centipede curling up on itself.
Handmaids fluttered around her like a bunch of butterflies. They had done her make up, though she’d had to rein them in to a dark eyeshadow and pale lipstick, or else they might have gone all out and made her look like a clown. They had brushed her short hair and pinned a crown of silver with flowers knotted into the metal. Now that she was ready, they still lingered around her, as if afraid that all their hard work would melt off her and they would have only a few minutes to start again.
Sabine glanced at the clock in the corner of the Palace room. She wanted to slouch but her suit wouldn’t allow it. Half an hour left before she could make her way to the temple. She wanted to see Shin, wanted to know what she was wearing, how she was feeling, just see her. They’d barely had the chance to see each other when the Mandalorian delegation had arrived to Coruscant for the wedding. Sabine had been almost immediately spirited away to her own wing of the Palace. Her mother kept telling her that it was for good luck, but she didn’t believe a bit of it. She thought her mother and King Baylan were afraid that if they saw each other they would elope, wasting hundreds of thousands of credits on this wedding of the century.
A knock came at the door and Sabine sighed with relief, thinking that her time in handmaid’s jail was over.
“Come in.”
When the door open, her father stepped inside. He was wearing a suit similar to hers; the Clan Wren colors. His silver crown of Prince Consort was embedded with yellow diamonds. For his touch of color, he had painted his own pocket square, a spectrum of colors folded neatly.
“Wow…” he said as he saw her. “You look beautiful.”
He leaned over her, hands on her shoulders as he placed a kiss on the crown of her head. Sabine smiled.
“Thanks, dad. Where’s mom? Are we ready to go?”
“Your mom is dealing with some last-minute problem. She’ll be here shortly.”
A small frown appeared on Sabine’s forehead.
“Problem? What problem?”

I Can See the Force - a Wolfwren fanfiction
A/N: Hello everyone! I have just posted a new one-shot in which Shin gets really drunk and Sabine and Ezra have to guide her back to the shuttle... Not that she's cooperating much! Here is the beginning and if you want to real the whole story the link will be at the end!
After a successful mission, it had become a tradition for Shin and Sabine to get a drink at the nearest bar they could find. This time, Ezra had been fighting with them, and so it was only logical to invite him along. They sat around a small table in the middle of the bar. A life band was playing in one corner, the music interrupted only by the shouts of some patrons or the sound of the hard balls bouncing off each other at the pool table.
Sabine kept glancing at the wall, where a dartboard hung. Shin had noticed her wife’s shifting attention. She knew the longer Sabine was mulling the thought over, the harder she wanted to issue a challenge. The question was, would she challenge Shin or Ezra? When Sabine finished her beer and finally spoke up about it, she tried to make the challenge sound casual:
“Anyone interested in a little game of darts?”
Shin and Ezra exchanged a look. Since neither of them replied, Sabine frowned.
“What?”
“How much?” Ezra asked.
“How much what?”
“How much are we betting? What’s at stakes?”
Sabine crossed her arms.
“We don’t have to bet anything. I was just offering a friendly game.”
Shin shook her head.
“We both know there is no such thing as a friendly game of anything with you.”
Sabine gasped.
“Fine. No darts.”
Ezra sighed. From his pocket, he pulled out a silver ingot of credits and placed it on the table.
“I bet I can hit dead center for all six shots,” he said.
Sabine chuckled.
“You’re so on.”
She tried to reach for the credit but Ezra slid it off the table and stood up. Sabine followed him to the dart board. Shin finished her drink before standing up. Foreseeing that they would be at the bar for another hour, at least, she told them:
“I’m gonna get us more drinks.”

This is the Hour of Lead - a Star Wars fanfiction
A/N: Hello everyone! Here's a little bonus story. It's pretty short, and it's not Wolfwren but it is a character study of Bo-Katan and Sabine after the Great Purge of Mandalore. Here is the beginning and if you want to read the whole story, the link will be at the end.
Another ship landed outside of Kryze castle. Bo-Katan felt its weight as if it had landed on her shoulders. Her first thought was that more survivors had made it out of Mandalore. She should feel relieved, but she only felt more guilty. It was venomous in her chest, and amplified with every oblique glance she was given as she carried bandages and blankets through the crowd of survivors. But upon looking at the ship closely, she recognized that it wasn’t one of their own. It was the Phantom.
She walked through the improvised camp and met up with Axe near where the ship had landed.
“Who is it?” Axe asked, on edge.
Bo placed a hand on his shoulder, a silent order to move his hand away from his blaster. Although she hadn’t received any message, she had a feeling she knew exactly who had joined them.
“She’s one of ours,” she told him.
The ramp opened and Sabine Wren stepped out. Her helmet was on and Bo couldn’t see her face. A surge of emotion stifled her lungs. She had no idea what was going on through the young Mandalorian’s head. Sabine stopped at the bottom of the ramp, her visor turned toward Bo-Katan. The former leader straightened her back and took a step toward the younger woman.
“Sabine…”
A blaster shot singed the grass at her feet.

I Would Do It Again (If I Could Hold You for a Minute) - a Wolfwren fanfiction
A/N: Hello everyone! Here is my new multi-chapter fic! It is finally here! It is a Time Travel AU where Shin goes back in time to the start of season 1. Here is the begining and if you want to read the whole first chapter the link will be at the end!
“The spell is still active…”
“It has to be me…”
“See you on the other side, Wolf girl.”
Shin came to in an elevator. The sound of the levels counted up above her. She knew those pristine walls and little buttons. Looking down at her, she was in her old armor, the leather gloves hard against her hands. She could feel the hood of her cape above her head. Her lightsaber was in her hand. She took a deep breath and glanced up at the floor indicator. She was almost at the bridge.
The plan was seared into her mind, but she’d hoped the spell would have brought her back later, when it would have been easier to access Sabine. Right now, she would have to improvise. She clenched the lightsaber in her hand. Her only idea was dangerous, but if Sabine had taught her anything, good plans usually were.
The elevator opened. Three officers fired at her. Sabine turned on her lightsaber and deflected the shots. They seared the ground in front of her. With one hand, she pulled the weapons out of the officers’ hands. They held their breath, waiting to see what her next move would be. Shin turned off her lightsaber and slowly raised her hands above her head. The officers looked at her with deep frowns.
“My name is Shin Hati. I was sent up here by my master to make sure you couldn’t send a distress call to Home One. Do it.”
The lieutenant left in charge of the captain’s chair hesitated. Then, she grabbed her blaster and aimed it at Shin.
“What kind of trap is this?”
“Not a trap. Only the Fate of the Galaxy is at stake. Send the distress call. When they arrive, I want to speak with General Syndulla.”

A Kiss is Worth a Thousand Words - a Wolfwren fanfiction
A/N: Hello everyone! I have posted a new addition to my Ahsoka season 2 and beyond series. This time it's a wedding! Here is the beginning and if you want to read the whole story the link will be at the end!
A garland of flowers wrapped around the old comms tower, the most colors its outside had ever seen. Chairs had been set in front of it, facing a flower arch. A single alley in the center allowed the guests to find their seats. As the live band played off to the side, each chair was taken over, and the crowd was growing impatient.
The Ghost was parked at the edge, behind the chairs. Jacen scurried between the guests and stepped into the ship, climbing the ladder two ranks at a time to get to the living room, where Ezra was seating behind the table on the old leather seats. He was wearing a tan suit with a medal on an orange ribbon around his neck. It had been a gift from Hera for the ceremony, since there had been no medals when he fought in the rebellion. He was reclined on the seats. When Jacen arrived, out of breath, wearing the same suit as him but smaller, he smiled at him.
“You alright bud?”
“Where is Sabine?” Jacen panted out.
“Her room.”
He ran down the hall to Sabine’s old room. Finding the door shut, he knocked.
“Sabine?”
“What is it?” she asked from the other side.
“Everyone is waiting for you to begin.”
“What?”
She opened the door finally and stepped past him, walking to the living room. As she stepped in, Ezra whistled.
“Very dashing.”
She ignored his comment and looked at the clock. She let out a sigh of relief.
“We said the wedding started at 5. It’s not 5 yet. Tell people to shut th…” she stopped herself when she remembered Jacen was in the room with them. “Tell them to have some patience. We’ll start at 5 like we said.”

Hard Valentine's Day Night - a Wolfwren fanfiction
A/N: Hello everyone! I just posted a Valentine's Day special of our favorite ladies. It's a Modern AU where Sabine is a bounty hunter and Shin's a bouncer at a bar. Here is the beginning and if you want to read the whole story, the link will be at the end!
Sabine didn’t do Valentine’s Day. She had no one to celebrate it with, because she had work to do. So, on Valentine’s Days, she worked. She didn’t see a problem with that. It wasn’t pathetic, it was pragmatic. And it’s not like she was the only one. The bartender worked. The little band on the scene worked. The cute bouncer outside worked. There was no reason she couldn’t work either.
She finished her drink and turned to the man in the chair across from her. He wasn’t ogling her anymore, staring instead at a pair of young women near the bar. If she didn’t conclude their date swiftly, she might lose him. She leaned in her chair so her hand touched his thigh and, pretending to be drunker than she was – her cocktail looked like a strawberry daiquiri but it was nothing but sugar in liquid form – she shouted over the music:
“Do you want to get out of here?”
The man’s attention snapped back to her. He had the shadow of a beard that looked scratchier than her cat’s clawing post. He smirked and she held in the urge to roll her eyes.
“Sure, where do you want to go?”
“My car’s just outside.”
She stood up, taking his big sweaty hand in hers to drag him out of the bar. Thankfully, he complied. They left the pink balloons and romantic songs and walked outside into the fresh February air. There was still a short line to get inside, and the cute bouncer was still at the door. Sabine had never seen her before, either because she was new or because she didn’t work on Friday and Saturday nights when Sabine worked the most.
Her date grabbed her by the waist to pull her close, making her stumbles as her attention snapped away from the blonde with those sad green eyes and back to the man.
“Let’s go to my car instead,” he said, taking her toward the other direction.
She didn’t budge, planting her platform boots into the concrete. She tried to pull him toward her car once more.
“No, my car’s right over there. Come on.”
He chuckled, as if amused by her drunken antics.
“But you’re too drunk to drive. We’ll take my car.”
His grip on her hip became more insistent. Before he could bruise her, she leaned into him again.
“But we can’t take your car,” she said, dropping the slurring.
He didn’t notice right away. They never did.
“Why not?”
“Because it was impounded half an hour ago.”

Wolfwren headcanon that I don't know how to turn into a fanfiction:
Shin and Sabine are playing sabacc. Every round they lose, they have to take off a piece of clothing (like strip poker basically). First one naked loses.
Sabine thought she was going to win if she wore her armor.
Shin spent her entire childhood and teenage years around mercenaries, pilots, smugglers and the like. She is a beast at sabacc.
By the time Sabine is naked with only her helmet on, she finally admits defeat.

Fury to end All Furies - a Wolfwren fanfiction
A/N: Hello everyone! Here is a new addition to the Ahsoka season 2 and Beyond series, about a mission gone wrong and featuring a special guest! Here is an extract and you can find the link to the first part of two at the end!
When darkness fell over the city, Shin left their hotel room and took a turn of the neighborhood. Sabine was on the rooftop of their hotel to watch the sky. The second moon was on the rise already. If their intel were correct, then the cargo would leave the city when the third moon rose. That mysterious cargo had been tracked by New Republic spies over multiple planets. It was changed location often. Hera suspected their owner was onto them and wouldn’t bring it home. She was done playing games. She wanted the cargo taken and its smugglers captured. If it contained weapons, just as she suspected, it might take them one step closer to dismantling another remnant of the Empire.
Shin kept her hood up as she slithered through the crowd. Workers enjoying a drink after a hard day in the mines. Regulars already half a drink away from sleep. Young people going to the neon bathed clubs. She walked past them like a ghost, gaze scanning for anything suspicious. So far, nothing. She walked toward the shipyard, where small shuttles were being refurbished for new service.
“No sign of trouble yet,” she said.
“Want to get a drink afterward?” Sabine suggested.
“Mission first.”
“Of course. We can celebrate after.”
Sabine’s voice was low. It sent shivers to the base of Shin’s spine, unravelling her focus.
“After,” Shin replied, like a promise.
She heard the faint sound of a grappling firing and knew Sabine had changed location, moving closer to the shipyard. The rest of the crowd was none the wiser. Ahead, someone inserted coins into a music box and drumbeats flooded the street. Shin walked past and down a set of stairs. The shipyard was in sight.
“I see something,” Sabine said.
Shin stopped around a dim corner, the streetlight above pale with age.
“Define something.”
“Movement.”
Shin pushed herself away from the wall and walked faster toward the shipyard. Music lingered behind her. Now that the workday was over, the path to the shipyard was empty.
“This isn’t good.”
Shin picked up speed.
“What are you seeing?”
“They’re moving the cargo already. Toward a small ship. I thought the third moon didn’t rise for another hour.”

The Search for Wyrd - a Wolfwren fanfiction
A/N: Hello everyone! This is the beginning of the first chapter of my new fic, a sequel to "The Witching Hour". If you want to read the whole chapter, the link will be at the end! Enjoy :)
Shin remembered jumping in puddles after the rain and watching how the light shattered under her feet; the reflection of the nearby storefront interrupted, then, as the puddles became placid again, appearing as solid as the real thing. She remembered breaking a lightbulb of the already poorly maintained streetlights by kicking a ball too hard, and running home before anyone could spot the culprits, a gaggle of children laughing off their mistake. She remembered following her mother around the stalls, gathering ingredients for supper and ingredients for potions. Rarely had a place held so many memories for her, but as she walked down the busy streets of Swanpond, it all came flooding back.
Shin let her feet take her, as if after all this time they still remembered her way home. The stores had changed. Some of the houses looked the worst for wear. Time had taken its toll, added a few cables arching over the street, a few cracks in the walls and a few stains on the windows. Shin thought she would have to pull her map out, when, all too soon, she was standing in front of the right building.
Her heart skipped a beat in her chest, making her light-headed. What were the odds of her mother still living in that basement, waiting for her, after eighteen years? She could be anywhere in the galaxy. But a flicker of hope still nestled in her brain. Perhaps she had spent too much time with Sabine. With anxiousness in her chest and more optimism that she usually allowed herself, Shin walked up to the door and knocked.
“Coming, coming…”
The door opened to an old Weequay woman wrapped in a teal shawl. She looked up at Shin with a frown. Though Shin recognized her, she had forgotten her name. She remembered only that her mother had specifically instructed her no leave the old woman alone, lest she kick them out.
“Can I help you?”
“I’m looking for a Zabrak woman. Her name is Wyrd. She lived here last I heard.”
“You a client?”
“Not exactly.”
The old woman continued to stare Shin down with a deep frown, the folds of her leathery skin almost covering her eyes.
“She’s not in trouble, is she? She was a good tenant for many years, I’d hate it if she got into trouble.”
“No, she’s not…” Shin paused as she caught up to what the woman had said. “She’s not here anymore?”
Her heart seemed to stop then, to compensate, start up like a furious horse. Her hopes dashed against the ground of Coronet City. The woman hesitated another second. Then, finally, she opened the door wider.

The Knighting of Sabine Wren - a Wolfwren fanfiction
A/N: Hello everyone! Welcome to my 200th fanfiction on AO3! This is the story of Sabine traveling to Dagobah to pass her Jedi Trial. Here is the beginning and if you want to read the rest of the story, the link will be at the end :)
As soon as the T-6 landed on Dagobah, Sabine felt cold. Though she wanted to believe that it was only the temperature on the swamp planet which was low, she had grown attune enough to the Force to know the truth. Something evil lurked on this planet. She checked her armor on herself once more, making sure every piece was secured. She was about to pick up her blasters when Ahsoka pulled them away from her.
“Not today,” she told her, and handed her her lightsaber instead.
Sabine took the weapon with a slight grimace and looked down at the hilt. The gravity of the moment fell on her at once. Her heart was beating hard in her throat, a mix of anticipation, nervousness, and fear. Ahsoka must have felt it too, as she placed a hand on her shoulder.
“You’ll be fine. Just remember your training.”
Sabine nodded, and placed the lightsaber at her belt. Ahsoka opened the ramp. Huyang stood by the exit. He gave Sabine a nod before she stepped out. She returned it. Outside, the swamp smelled foul, the water an acrid blue color in some places and disgustingly muddy in others. Ahsoka walked between the ponds, stepping over the strong gnarled roots of the trees. Sabine followed.
“I had to think long and hard about your trial,” her master explained. “You’ve been through so much already.”
“Does that mean we can skip the trials and knight me right away?” Sabine joked.
Her master only rolled her eyes.
“This is where Luke Skywalker came to receive his training. He was given the same trial I am about to give you.”
“It can’t be too hard then,” Sabine replied, mostly to reassure herself.
“He failed his,” Ahsoka added, making her apprentice grimace.
