It was feeling better this morning until I did my chores (tender but ignorable) and now it hurts (not bad but not ignorable) it also sometimes has a buzzy feeling to it similar to the feeling you get when your foot falls asleep also the heel is very mildly sore

My foots been hurting on and off I'm this one specific spot since I was little recently it's been worse and and this morning it was sore from grocery shopping yesterday and it stopped so I went for a walk and now it hurts more
