⋆𐙚₊˚⊹♡ how to get prettier
you aren't "getting prettier" linearly, you are selecting different realities in which your desires exist by affirming. most people think that manifestation is a process and as you affirm, more results come along day by day. NO as you affirm and believe, you get the whole manifestation, because you are shifting to the reality in which being beautiful exists. unless you have some limiting belief that as you affirm you get parts of your manifestation slowly appear, which is a limiting belief that you should terminate immediately.
you "get prettier" by assuming that you are pretty. there is nothing that you need to do in the 3D physical reality to "get prettier" (unless you want to, love a good facial) just sit back and assume that you are the kind of person you want to be and you will show up as her. whenever you see yourself in the mirror, tell yourself that you are the prettiest girl the world has ever seen. whenever you are just out and about, keep telling yourself that you are beautiful and that you look exactly how you want to. go all out. be completely exaggerated and conceited in your affirmations until you wholeheartedly believe that they are facts. you'll start to see and hear factual evidence in the 3D world around you. the subconscious mind is BLIND; it has no eyes, its not DEAF. thats why its important to persist in your affirmations NO MATTER what you are seeing/hearing in the 3D. your subconscious doesn't understand that you are ugly, you're just telling yourself that you are ugly so therefore, YOU ARE UGLY. and you see the visual evidence of that belief. you forget that as you complain, you are actively creating the reality around you. all you need to do to get prettier is STOP REPEATING THE OLD STORY AND REPLACE IT WITH SOMETHING MORE FAVORABLE TO YOU.
do you want a specific kind of beauty? then affirm that you look exactly how you want to. do you want people to perceive you in some other way? then affirm that you are perceived in your desired way. YOU ARE LIMITLESS.

I used to be the ugly dunklin, till I change in 1 week and turned pretty much half of my life upside down, it happened right after my 16th catastrophic birthday, at the time I was already following Liz and her tips which helped me so much!! So here how to glow up in minimum 1 week
౨ৎsmell good౨ৎ
This is so important, I noticed how people react to good smelling people, they just say it out loud how much they like the fragrance, knowning that it's you, will just make you more approacable, it boosts your confidence and overl all more liked
౨ৎexercise + diet౨ৎ
This was huge for me, not only it imroves your moods but it also makes your prettier, you need to fist know what goals you want to archive physically, if you want a bigger butt, eggs and potatoes salad can be a good alternative, if you want to have a snatched waist try to do more cardio, at the time the only cardio I used to do was jump roping, which is amazing!!
౨ৎwardrobe౨ৎ
This was the revolution, just dress how ou want each outfit can have at max 2 trendy elements, not more, and the rest it needs to rappresnt YOUR personality!! This is going to make you unique and recognizable!! Also I suggest to go shopping on friday lol, the beauty day!
౨ৎmentality౨ৎ
This is how everything started, a munch of motivational viddeos, the wizard liz and confidence targetting posts, moodboards and much more, at the time I was getting treated really harshly from my classmates, it was probably one of thelowest point of my life, bit I pick myself up, cause I had a goal: Changing my narrative.

There was not sense into staying bitter and hating not only myself but the world around, I wanted to prove to myself that I actually mettered, you don't glow up for other, but for yourself, never, ever welcome in your life people that before put you under the rug, have some respect for yourself and clear boundaries.

my favorite way to consciously manifest lately
in case anyone is interested and wants to experience bliss and ease 🍃 with me:
i simply tuck anything i wish to experience in the back of my mind as if it has already happened, either by creating a memory in my imagination or just throwing it in what i call a mind pocket, which usually leads to a memory creation anyway, and then i walk around all day hand to heart repeating, “thank you,” and feeling snuggly.
if something is causing me anxiety for any reason—wait but how would that…?—or if i notice i’m starting to fall back into an old state, i take a few deep breaths, shake or dance or sing or run or whatever my body wants to do to move that energy through me, and then i remind myself, “that already happened. 😌” and then i go about my day.
that’s it!
i suppose it’s my version of the list method x “isn’t it wonderful,” and it works beautifully for me.
i don’t like to think about specific desires much because i don’t like to think much. i prefer to stay present, aware, and “thank you” is prayer for me. i actually got it tattooed on my forearm the day i graduated college. thank you for what’s here, now. thank you for everything i wanted at the start of the week. thank you for all the blessings i never even had the chance to imagine. so much good is happening.

de-stressing

introduction:
the first step to handling how you feel is finding the root of it. these can be things that're in your control- things you can change to solve the problem, or things that're outside of your control and that you can't affect. the first step is making a list of what's in your control and outside of it so that you can approach your feelings.
in your control:
accept how you feel. acknowledge that you feel stressed, and instead of trying to force happiness on yourself, try to think about how you can deal with your stress in a productive way. (getting to the root of the problem).
make a to-do list. make a to-do list of everything you need to get done, and a list of everything stressing you out. once you know what to do you need to then think about how you're going to do it.
break it up into daily steps. the next step is making little changes in your daily routine to get things done. when i was stressed about my permit test i just scheduled it a few weeks an advance and spent 20 minutes every night studying for it.
clean your room. another good thing to do is just cleaning up your environment. it really does make a difference for how you feel, and also i find it feels really good once your room is cleaned up.
developing new habits. i've started sewing a little bit each day as well as studying everyday. these habits make me feel good- i don't get as stressed about school or stressed about not sewing.
outside of your control:
vent journal. when there's nothing you can do about a situation just write down all your negative thoughts.
support. after you've written down all your negative feelings and understand how you feel, talk to someone that you trust. make sure that it's the right time though, like ask them if it's a good time to vent.
find people who feel the same way. this is sort of the same as the point above, but for example, i was really upset just thinking about the world and how so much suffering is always going on- and i found article after article with tips on how to be happy even when things in the world are bad. sometimes it feels good just to know that there's so many people in the world who feel the way you do.
conclusion:
stress is a normal part of everyone's life, it's an emotion we all feel time to time, and something we all go through. the key is knowing how to deal with it, and how to feel better despite the things that're stressing you. if you feel like your stress/anxiety is something that you can' manage on your own then i hope you can get the help that you need :)

Don't forget, your imagination is the epitome of power.
For example, if you imagine yourself with a pink Rolls Royce (idk much about cars but I think it's expensive) and then you continuously affirm that you have that pink Rolls Royce even if you don't have it in your 3D. If you're able to see past the 3D and keep affirming and assuming that you do have that pink Rolls Royce, your 4D(your imagination and assumptions) will influence your 3D and the physical realm(the 3D) will have no choice, your Rolls Royce will appear in your 3D just because you assumed it will. You influenced the physical world with nothing but your mind.
I don't believe that we ARE God because that goes against my religion and it's quite blasphemous(when I say it, idc if you believe you are.), however I believe, we've been given the power of imagination that other species do not have because we have been carefully crafted in His image.
Just like how Neville was in Barbados, you are in your dream reality.

FOR CLARITY ;
when starting anything, the most important thing, although cliche is starting from a place of love rather then hate. it feels better and is more sustainable in the long run.

be clear on your goals for ur fitness girlie era. is this something that u wanna maintain in ur day to day life for general health? do you wanna gain/lose some weight? do you just wanna be stronger?
knowing what ur trying to achieve makes finding workouts that target your goal specifically more easy (the more specific the better)
WHERE DOES NUTRITION COME INTO PLAY ;
you should be fueling ur body properly in order for ur body to function well when ur in ur fitness girlie era. if ur goal for example is to gain weight but u notice that u have a habit to eat very little, make a log.
WIEIAD LOG (NUTRITION CONTINUED) ;
i started a what i eat in a day log for a couple reasons. one bcuz i love lists and documenting things about myself, and two bcuz i wanted to make sure that i was eating well and eating good quality foods. bcuz i notice that when i eat well -> i feel well.
eat to fuel your body, dont eat just to eat
include fresh foods
make sure that you eat healthy portions (calling four almonds a meal is NOT healthy, and calling six pizza pies a meal is NOT healthy)

overall just be mindful of what u decide to fuel your body with. an easy drink that helps to be mindful with what u fuel ur body with is with SMOOTHIES.
im so sick of ppl sleeping on smoothies cuz if u dont like to directly eat vegetables or if u want an easy way to intake fresh fruits and veggies smoothies are the way to GO.
ROMANTICIZATION ;
the fun part of the whole journey, romanticization. made a pinterest board for ur fitness journey aesthetic and make it super pretty. invest in cute workout clothes to motivate urself to workout.
formulate a playlist for ur workout, something that gives u energy and motivates you. find a workout class or a youtube channel that you love. dont make working out BORING. get a workout buddy, make some video diary entries about working out/ur workout for the day.
make a blog that records whatever workout that u did. find fun ways to work out, like dancing or going on hot girl walks. create an atmosphere where u can work out and treat the time that u spend working out as a time to nurture and nourish your body.
PATIENCE AND PERSISTENCE ;
motivation isnt going to get u through a sustainable fitness girl journey, motivation can only get you so far. its DISCIPLINE that gets you the results that you want and consistency.
be patient with yourself even if u fall off ur routine and grind, ur only human so let yourself live. as long as you dont make falling off a habit, you'll be okay.
make sure that u emphasize the mind -> body connection bcuz thats super important. working out is not just about working up a sweat; it's about connecting with your body and embracing the mind-body connection.
FUN AND EFFECTIVE WAYS TO WORKOUT ;
le sserafim workout - i've done the le sserafim workout once or twice and it absolutely destroyed me 💀 but in a good way. its challenging but its also rly effective so i recommend.
dancing - if ur into dancing, find a way of dancing that u enjoy to do. some examples include ; ballet, kpop dances, jazz etc
join a sport - join a sport with a friend to make it more fun! but theres lots of different sports that u can play and not only is it good for ur health, but its also super fun

real 'glow up' advice i wish i had

Imagine getting to the point in life where YOU are your own vision board; where you are that girl who has the life that you want, and you don't have to seek it out through other people. That should be the ultimate goal.
Here are subtle things that you should be doing to channel your ideal person and improve yourself for the better FROM THE INSIDE
take care of your hygiene: brush your teeth every day, wash your face with soap, wash your hair, take meaningful showers
be kind to yourself: speak nicely to yourself, treat yourself every now and then, love yourself exactly the way you came
make the effort: do your hair and wear something cute, even if you're only going to the supermarket. I bet your ideal self looks stunning wherever she goes, so make that effort if you really want to become her
move your body: dance to some music for just 5 minutes, take a walk, get off the bus a (reasonable) few stops earlier and walk the rest of the way
romanticise the hell out of your life: wear those bows, create that vision board, play that aesthetic background music even if you're just washing the dishes, wear that outfit!!!!!
admire yourself: look at yourself in the mirror and remember what you look like, take a million selfies to look back and smile at, give yourself a compliment every time you pass your reflection
get creative: if you want cute decor, make it! if you want cute clothes, find some easy DIYs!
focus on what you can control: if you cannot change the situation, let it resolve itself. don't waste your precious time obsessing over something you cannot change
get to know yourself (again): rediscover your hobbies, try new activities, learn to appreciate your solitude, get out of your shell
I really wish I was part of a community like this when I was going through a really insecure and lonely phase of my life.
Instead of deciding to wake up a 3am every day from now on, and trying to reach 20k steps every day, start small and walk your way up to greatness!
