He doesn't like the thought of doing so or what it could do to his body, instead he would rather stay in his room, watch videos, or sleep

He understands the harm he is doing to his body but doesn't care much, he'd rather get rid of the extra pounds that make him overweight or the extra fat on his stomach that make him look big when he wears clothes that he likes

Potato understands it's okay to cry and isn't afraid to, but he gets overwhelmed really easily and hurts himself when that happens and often find it's hard to breath

Potato likes to calm himself by listening to bands and watching baking videos (specially Dylan Hollis)

But sometimes he can't calm himself and need space, and that's okay,but many mistake that needing of space as attitude or they keep pushing him till he blows up after Which he just feels worse than before

Potato hates having to make decisions or choices because he gets scared of the outcome

Potato also has borderline metathesiophobia, which is the fear of change
