A special note for Finding SKZ — I know F-SKZ is probably the most prominent of works I’ve released here on this blog, so I want to take the time to explain the future plans I have for this series. As most of you are aware, many dynamics have changed since F-SKZ was first released, which actually disrupted the sequel I had originally planned. After some thought, I’ve decided I want to rewrite Finding SKZ to adapt to those changes. The plot will pretty much follow the same sequence of events with the exception of a few details. That being said, F-SKZ will remains here on @wingsofkpop until I find the opportunity to begin its revision.

Once again, if you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to send them my way. I hope you all have a good rest of your day/night.

Major, MAJOR Blog Update — Please Read!!

Hi everyone.

I’ve been putting off making this update for fear of the reactions to come, but I can’t avoid it any longer. In an effort to spare you the lengthy reading time, I’ll start with the biggest news: I will no longer be writing here on @wingsofkpop, and instead will be moving to a new blog. I will be going into more detail regarding this decision after this paragraph, so please feel free to stop here if you don’t wish to continue on. I wish you the best either way.

I know what the majority of you are thinking: Why? And the simplest answer I can give you is that I need a fresh start. Honestly, this decision has been a long time coming, I just didn’t realize it until now. Ever since the start of this year, I’ve felt this pressure on my shoulders regarding the workings of this blog, and no matter how many changes I made, no matter what I tried to do, I couldn’t push that lingering feeling way. These past few weeks especially, posting has become almost like a chore—and that realization had me in tears because I truly love writing and sharing my passion with you all.

I debated going on hiatus again, but I knew that would have just been keeping false hope. So then I considered deactivating completely, but I couldn’t do that either. And the more I thought everything over, the more I realized how truly frustrated I was continuing on with the direction @wingsofkpop has gone.

Let me just specify now that I regret absolutely nothing that’s happened here on this blog. I’ve gained so much over the years—confidence in myself and my writing, beautiful human beings I am honored to call friends, love and support from an amazing group of people I consider a family of its own—and that is a gift I will forever cherish. But unfortunately, sometimes we simply outgrow our beginnings, and need to move on and discover bigger and better things. Moving on to a new blog, where I can start over and spread wings of my own, is what I believe is the best solution to this issue.

I want you all to know how truly grateful I am for the unconditional kindness and support you’ve shown this blog over the past two years. It’s been so much fun making memories here. I deeply apologize if this news disappoints or upsets anyone, but as I said, this is the best decision for me, and I ask you all to respect my choices. Whether or not you choose to follow me onto the next chapter, or go your separate way here on, please know that you’ve touched my heart just by being a part of this journey.

Moving will be a long process, and I’ll be sure to keep those of you who choose to stay with me updated throughout it. Once more, thank you so much for everything. I wish you all the best and to please take care of yourselves through whatever life paths you take.

For those who do decide hang around a little longer, I promise this is not goodbye. We will see each other again soon.
