Rancis is EXTREMELY cowardly he tries to put on a brave persona but it always ends miserably and badly whenever he has to fight creeps in Digital City the total times Vanellope had to save Rancis from becoming creep food is 35, 15 for either getting stuck in a tree or SOMEHOW breaking one of his bones mostly his hands and 20 from getting into dangerous situations (ex: getting cornered in dark alley e.t.c.) and the number is still rising

When Real!KC reunited with his daughter the Disney Princesses broke down into tears of joy to see Vanellope reunite with her dad which in turn ended up flooding half the Oh My Disney website it got unflooded soon after but it smelled like joy and sorrow for MONTHS after that

After TurboTime was unplugged, Turbo had a rough time. He became homeless. He was seen as dangerous by the other game characters and was constantly avoided. He ended up severely isolated… And since he always desired the spotlight, it made him bitter. He couldn’t even race anymore, which was coded into him. With the knowledge he caused his own game to be unplugged… It drove him just a little over the edge. He was stuck like this for 10 years.

While Turbo was clearly always an arrogant jerk, it’s entirely possible he wasn’t an unhinged, murderous monster until being outcasted.

The lights on the Hero’s Duty soldiers’ armor get really bright and blink quickly if they’re injured, so it alerts others to come help them. The lights on Tamora’s armor in particular are always on and blinking at a slow pace so the other troops can see where their commanding officer is at all times on the battlefield.

Surge Protector is an extension of a man who works in the arcade. Like Cortana, he's got bits of his DNA (like how Cortana was made with Halseys hair). He's very well aware that these characters are highly intelligent and have feelings themselves and can travel through the wiring. He knows this because A. He's interacted with them. B. He knows they are electric elementals also because in that universe elementals exist.

My headcanon is that "Yesss and Maybe (From Ralph Wrecks the Internet) have a cousin named No who is supposed to filter out harmful content at BuzzTube... but that she's a little lazy sometimes and works a bit too hard to catch up when caught dozing off." but that violates the 'no OC' rule. Since it is so specific to the names of that character's family, would it work? If it doesn't, could I split it into 'they have a sister named No' and/or 'the censorship head is a little lazy'?

In the Wreck It Ralph 2: Ralph breaks the internet, the rule “You have to get to get lost, in order to find what you looking for”, has been applicable ever since in Game Central Station and Litwak’s arcade even before Ralph and Vanellope discover the internet. So in short, being at the wrong place at the right time is kinda natural, like how Ralph saved Sugar Rush and his own game and everyone in it.
