I haven't got any experience with toxic relationships, so I haven't got any poems I've made myself. But there's this lovely book of Rupi Kaur poems that I think will work. Here's one.

Acid Tounge here, the fight in Zone five got nasty but it was fuckin mega dude! It's was non stop action. We cleared em' out for the most part, there's a few left lurking about but we're able to ghost em' when we see em'. Got roughed up a bit but nothing to bad for once. Blasters kinda fucked though, need to find a black smith. Other than that things have calmed down.
