I've got another oat pulp recipe for you! This one was inspired by a jar of Polish apple pie filling I was given and didn't really know what to do with 😂😂 but I got a deliciously squidgy loaf with tastes of apple pie and is perfect for lunchboxes!

1 cup oat pulp (most of the liquid squeezed out)
2 tbsp ground flax
1/2 cup rice flour
1 cup apple pie filling
1 tbsp @sweetfreedomuk caramel syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp almond extract
-simply mix all the ingredients together and bake in a well greased loaf tin for 30-40 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean!
