The rain is relentless, soaking them both in a matter of seconds. Once they're able to come to their senses and realize the severity of the storm, they seek shelter, huddling close to keep each other warm.

Their eyes meet in a steady gaze. Sami's ginger curls sopping wet and clinging to his face as Kevin reaches up to brush them away.

Sami's breath hitches at the contact, Kevin's touch providing a sense of warmth and comfort as he finds himself inching forward.

Kevin watches Sami intently, his heartbeat starting to quicken at the proximity. He's so painfully close he can feel Sami's hot breath emerging in wisps, ghosting against his mouth. Their lips mere inches apart, when a familiar voice makes his presence known.

"Gentleman." Cody greets them with a knowing smirk, having witnessed his handiwork. "So sorry to interrupt, but may I escort you to your room?" He asks, amused by their synchronized deer in the headlights expression.

They give each other a shared glance before accompanying Cody down a long corridor, neither men speaking a word, deep in thought.

Once they arrive to their destination, Cody hands them both a key card. "Enjoy!" He says with a wink, leaving them alone once more.

The pair enter the hotel room and are taken aback by how luxurious it is, Cody had reserved them the honeymoon suite.

A cold chill runs down Sami's spine, reminding him that he needs to remove these wet clothes before he catches pneumonia. He proceeds to undress, the heat rising to his cheeks when he feels Kevin's eyes on him. His boxers the only article of clothing left dry as he makes himself comfortable, patting the empty spot beside him on the bed. "There's room for one more. It is our honeymoon, after all."

Kevin shakes his head, an amused smirk tugging his lips as he follows Sami's lead and strips down to his boxers before joining him. "Can you imagine, us married?" He asks, his mind drifting to earlier.

Sami nods in response. "The thought crossed my mind." He answers truthfully, his eyes glued on Kevin as he watches him disrobe.

The room falls silent as Kevin struggles to comprehend what he just heard. "It has?" He asks in utter disbelief, his heart beating fast.

The redhead couldn't help but chuckle at Kevin's astonished reaction. "Why do you sound so shocked?" He inquires, turning to face him.

Kevin could feel Sami looking at him as a warm blush invades his cheeks. "I'm not what you'd call husband material." He replies bluntly.

A warm smile graces Sami's lips as he scoots closer, tilting Kevin's chin to meet his gaze. "For what it's worth, I think you'd make an amazing husband." He whispers softly, hand moving to cup his cheek.

Kevin's bottom lip quivers as he stares deeply into Sami's eyes. This isn't the first time Sami's heartfelt words brought him to tears and it certainly wouldn't be the last. He reminisces back to earlier in the evening before they were so rudely interrupted, only this time, Cody isn't here to interfere. Mimicking Sami's previous actions, he leans in close, eyes remaining open until their lips connect. They're so soft and sweet it makes Kevin whimper as he proceeds to slip his tongue past Sami's partially open lips, eager to taste more.

Sami gladly returns the kiss, massaging his tongue slowly and sensually against Kevin's. Taking delight in hearing him whimper, a noise he reserved exclusively for Sami's ears only.

Reluctantly, Kevin's forced to break the kiss. His bare chest brushing against Sami's as he struggles to regulate his breathing. "Sami, you wanna do it?" He softly asks, pressing their foreheads together.

A gleam emerges in Sami's hazel eyes as he gazes up at Kevin, giving him what could only be described as a come-hither expression. "Well, okay. But be gentle, this is my first time." He teases playfully.

Kevin could feel his heart pounding in his chest as he prepares for what he's about to say next. "No, I mean, do you want to marry me?" He asks in a whisper, waiting on bated breath for Sami's response.

Tears prick Sami's eyes as he reaches up to caress Kevin's cheek, taking in this moment and cherishing it in his heart forever. "I do." He whispers back, holding Kevin's gaze before kissing his lips tenderly.
