what’s their nightly/morning routine like?

Well. 

Hannibal sleeps in 3-4 hour spurts, so his routines typically revolve around this and any other... activities that he has planned. I could map out his sleep times but I will touch on what was asked lol night and morning routines. 

His mornings typically do start around 6-7 AM. He has a good breakfast and coffee, then showers and gets ready for the outward facing part of his day: work and socializing. On weekends, he does typically “sleep in” though this is not necessarily sleep. This is more a deviation from the time that he makes himself breakfast and gets dressed.

His nightly routine that more closely resembles “going to bed” is probably when he settles in around 10 PM until 1. This is when he winds down from the day, and spends time reading in bed before he actually sleeps. 

These two sleep periods are the closest together of his stints. When he gets up in between 1 Am to 2 or 3 AM it is usually to wander the house or to ensure that what he wants to make himself for breakfast will be ready to go when he gets down there in a few hours. 

All of the above does mean this man is a day napper and absolutely does sleep in his office.
