#riseandgrind #moringmotavation Yes I am back doing my road work but I for short cardio warm-ups AKA anything under 4 mi in my opinion it's okay to hop on the treadmill but if you're going to do long-distance running once again and my professional opinion I believe it's better to do that outside off of treadmill. The workout: 4 sets of 25 reps each with a weight increase after each set. Body weight was my base and moved up from there. Hanging low ab leg lifts Ab wheel rollouts Barbell bench press Decline body weight push-ups Dumbbell rotating chest press Diamond push-ups Machine incline chest press Body weight pull-ups Bent over barbell rows Dumbbell bent over dumbbell row with rotation Cable lat pulldowns Weight plate machine squats Box jumps Weight plate machine leg press Then stretched for 35 minutes as my cool down. #moringmotavation #riseandgrind Life is definitely hard and people will say anything about you and your dreams but as an adult you have to understand it's your responsibility to take care of yourself and no one else's. So I know it's tough but take that extra hour or two to wake up earlier and in that time of peace invest in yourself whether that be working out, reading, meditating or anything that will make you better. last little bit of advice it doesn't even have to be in the morning lol it can be anytime throughout the day that you set aside for yourself.
