+ Wake up early!
It's hard, but if you want a productive routine, you have to wake up early. Don't worry- no one forces you to wake up at 5 a.m. But how does 6 a.m. sounds like? So comme on, darling! Make your bed to start your day with an already finished task.
+ But first, coffee!
When you wake up, drink some coffee to get your day started.
+ Take care of yourself!
While the coffee is being prepared, let's do some skincare!
Wash your face by the time you get out of bed. It will wake you up, and make your skin look great! Do some skincare, every day, when you wake up. It's worth investing your money in a few but good products. I recommend a face soap or a cleansing oil, a face wash, some moisturiser, and vitamin C for sérum.
+ Gym / home workouts!
Go do your workout girl! To be fit and healthy. Workout releases endorfins that make you feel more happy, and some sweat will make you feel mentally stronger, which is great if you want to conquer your dreams.
+ Breakfast
You will realize that eating healthy makes such a difference in your routine. It doesn't have to be a full-course meal as long as it's nourishing and delicious.
+ Plan
Start your day by planning your day. Organize everything, just write it down! By writing your tasks down and looking at it from another perspective sure does help you cleaning your mind.
