Hello! I was wondering if you were ever thinking of adding a fourth work to the Silencing Sirius Series? Specifically what’s coming to mind is Sirius running downstairs to tell James and Peter in way too much detail about both his experiences with Remus after the end of A Continuation Involving Powdered Donuts and Fits of Erotic Panic because I genuinely would kill to read that, but honestly I love that ‘verse so much I’d read anything you were thinking of adding to it. No pressure at all, of course, I’m just curious, I’ve really been enjoying rereading them, recently.

Honestly, I think I’m done with adding to that series for now, but I love that you love it and have these cool ideas. I think you should try to write it yourself! Even if it’s just a little scene. You can list my stories as connected works and go for it! <3 <3

Aww, thank you so much! Yes, I am working on a sequel for Go East. It’s called Return and if you search my Tumblr you might find some snippets from it. My writing drive has been low due to stress, but this continues to be one of my 2 main WIPs!

I have given permission to these sometimes because the translator has to go to a lot of work, so I allow them to post on their country-specific sites IN ADDITION TO archive of our own. If a translation is also on AO3, it was done with my permission. If it is not AO3, it was done without asking me.

Do you have any face claims for your Sirius, Remus and Tonks (and other characters) from Go East? 👀👀👀

Gosh, I’m really bad at this, but I always thought Remus would look like Sendhil Ramamurthy playing Mohinder Suresh from Heroes. Only probably Remus would have a wider nose. 

Does anyone else have ideas about good faces for Sirius and Tonks? :D

I loved your characterization of these two so so much and your depiction of the coral life and all the sea life was truly mesmerizing. ❤️

Thank you for asking, and I don’t think you are rude/demanding/annoying! But unfortunately I wouldn’t have any updates to make. I have made only teeny bits of progress on Return. I am trying, but my life is…consistently chaotic, and my inspiration is hard to find. 

Maybe this weekend I can do some writing or recording. 

I do find writing with friends, each sprinting on our own works, is very motivating. If any of you want to do writing/recording sprints with me, please let me know! <3 <3

i just stumbled upon your podfics and have been listening to several of them since yesterday. i love your voice and the way the story and characters come alive the way you read them. i just started on second spin part 1 and am delighted to have something to listen to for the next several hours. i’m sick atm so snuggling up with a good story is just the thing for me rn and your reading is making my days so much happier rn. i noticed that it’s been a while since you’ve been active on here so idk if you’ll read this but just wanted to let you know.

Good luck burn out is a bitch! I took up crochet halfway through my burnout journey though, and it really helped me find the time to practice mind fullness without feeling like I'm being unproductive. I really recommend it.

Yeah, it’s no fun, and work crises have made it impossible for me to actually step back for the time being, although I am coming close to leaving certain tasks/people high and dry.  I have started painting, and I have a cat. I work afternoons, one full day, and one weekend morning. My ideal way to spend the rest of my time would be bumbling around the house and doing chores, art, and fandom things, but that is not realistic at the moment. It is on some days.  I made progress on the podfic for Of Aquariums and Humans last weekend! I finished Ch4 and now have only Ch5 (plus editing and such) left. And making a cover art. :D

Also I took a closer look at his tattoos/markings and you took a more literal interpretation of the lightning ones on his hips and I love it!! So pretty and detailed. I will imagine them like that myself from now on!

So the file my masters thesis (that is due in in two weeks) was on corrupted today and I lost a lot of work that can't be replaced.
