I love RPing as Lad so fucking much even though he's literally so boring I don't know why, I guess he just makes me so happy and I'm obsessed with exploring the subtleties of his behaviour and picking apart his brain, and the joy of seeing him change over time or act differently under specific circumstances is insane. I'm insane

Last Night in Soho (2021): yes this was really good. I put off watching this one cuz I didn't think I'd like it... I'd read the synopsis previously but seeing the mystery unfold was still fun :)

Pulse/Kairo (2001): i love the aesthetic/themes in this one, the visuals and subtle creepies were very cool, the creeping horror, the tragedy of it all, the apocalyptic turn at the end. I enjoyed it a lot

Run Rabbit Run (2023): it was okay, it kinda felt like a worse Babadook. it wasn't completely terrible but not really memorable or scary at all

Late Night with the Devil (2024): this was good. it's not like, really scary. there's small/subtle creepy moments and then one very short violent climax close to the end. but i loved the vibes and the overall production

Superhost (2021): the protagonists did SO many infuriating Horror Protag Things but it was still fun to watch. Rebecca's performance was the best part

I think it's kind of a shame that the stairs is the thing that most people talk about/think of in regards to the search and rescue creepypastas because the stairs are like the least interesting thing compared to all the other events/stories. I get that the stairs are iconic and all but there's all these way cooler and creepier little tales in that series

look I don't think there's anything wrong with ripping off someone else's character (to an extent) as long as you acknowledge it. like sometimes you see an oc idea you really like and want to make something like that yourself. especially if we're talking about just personal for fun characters and stuff. to me that in itself isn't wrong if you actually own up to it. come on dude
