There’s just something so innocent about having a queer crush. Having that someone on your mind that you can’t help but appreciate their beauty, inside and out. Getting nervous around them. Getting butterflies. The stolen glances. But also the heartache whenever you see them with someone else. The knowing that you could treat them better but never saying anything because you dont want to ruin the friendship. The knowing that maybe they won’t feel the same way so you keep your mouth shut. It’s the always putting them first even if that means you getting hurt in the long run. It’s all so beautiful and yet so painfull. But that’s what’s makes it so worthwhile at the end.
Its honestly so annoying seeing tv shows use queer characters as a way to “better” their main characters. Like they always market the hell out of them thinking you’ll see more than 3 seconds of representation just for the writers to give them a half ass “coming out” scene where they can’t even say the words gay or lesbian… honestly as always I’m disappointed but not surprised
