I'm actually in Sinnoh again in Jubilife. Had a big life change I couldn't pass up. Been studying Hisui actually, and as Jubilife is the first real settlement in Sinnoh it has a lot of history.

(I'm also totally not working on a time machine that's failing horrible noooo)

Ah hello Yasumi, it has been too long. I’m doing good! The team is training again as they are preparing for travel to the new region and since we are unsure of the Pokémon there we are making sure we are in tiptop shape. Mary is doing fine, with her job as a Ranger makes it easy to travel (a very big change from a grunt). Her Pokémon are being used as the capture subjects and we are trying different ways to try and capture them without us getting injured or even worse, injuring them. We are also unsure who is allowed in this region so we’re trying different combinations. And when we get to the new region, Amy will be having her own Pokémon adventure, so we won’t see her for a while. We are both excited and sad that she will be going but everyone has to leave the nest eventually. How are you doing? I returned your dad’s Dracovish back to him a while ago, sorry I had him for so long.

Dear Arcues, a year. Damn.

This last year has brought a lot of changes. I did more research on Ancient Sinnoh (apparently called Hisui, who knew?), and this new region who's name escapes me right now.

Hisui is interesting because it's obviously Sinnoh, but there are differences that make it its own.

Very cool place. Would like to visit. Unfortunately no time machine, so...

Does Alola celebrate Unova independence day?

We do! Our regions are more interlocked than others, even Kanto and Johto! We're right next to Unova. Serveral Unovians come to Alola for vacation. Alola is considered a part of Unova, as when the region went through initial colonization from Galarians, there was a treaty made with the Alolans and Unovians. I don't know the full details unfortanately.
