What are your thoughts on a “child free” wedding?

To each his own and yet, I think children are a joy and their presence at such a special event is great, but I do think there can be a lot of unruly children now (due to how they are parented) so I see this, but at the same time I cannot help but think: a wedding is a witness of the vows between husband and wife before God first and foremost and the people present are the witnesses, and it is a celebration, and I think children can bring such a joy to a celebration. I like the idea of a wedding being a family affair, so to speak.

Hi, I wanted to comment on the post about the lgbt study internship but the replies settings are turned off so I'll just do it here if it's okay.

I hope the person asking about the situation sees this, I believe you should present Ephesian 5 to your friend. It speaks volumes regarding her dilemma, which isn't a dilemma according to the word of God.

The thing with the lgbt community is -from personal experiences- it's very diverse and it's not all in your face violent activism. You'll meet cunning people but you'll also meet a looot of super smart, super gentle people. The last group can be "dangerous to deal with" if you are prone to have your mind easily changed.

But yea, the Bible, the Bible and again the Bible.
