this is a Reminder to Rest ❤️‍🩹 . Took two much needed days off of work after the first #meditation certification weekend @mndflmeditation. And spent basically all of it with this angel. As many of you already know, @hammyjenkins has and continues to be a huge part of my healing and heart opening. Nothing brings me more joy than doing all the things w him, so naturally my time off included time spent w him. Despite how close we live, we haven’t had much time for beach activities.
