Next up from the fire nation is: Prime Minister Uyaku, Firelord Mairok and Princess Iyune 🔥🔥 Prime Minister Uyaku is the 27th prime minister of the Fire Nation. She leads with an iron fist but is also very well liked among fire nation citizens. Although the fire nation has an electable leader their monarchy is still the strongest level of government. But they are weakening everyday, as many fire nation citizens feel like they should not be ruled by a monarchy. Firelord Mairok has been the reigning firelord for nearly 20 years, since the death of his mother, Firelord Aruka. He was a respected leader, but as many know, he has been sick for many years. Since he fell ill, Akizan has been preparing each day to take the throne after his father passes. Princess Iyune is Akizan’s younger sister. Unlike a previous fire princess, Iyune is kind, gentle and quite shy in fact. She was born a bender but chooses not to train or fight (much to the dismay of her father). She is not comfortable with her bending abilities and the idea of fighting makes her sick. Although her family wishes she was different, they are less concerned with the second born.

Here’s the Fire Nation. This one was pretty hard to write without spoilers or writing too much😅😅. But here’s some of the basic info on the fire Nation!

Note: Man this term is kicking my butt! I did find time to watch Raya and the Last Dragon on the weekend though. I really liked it but the story felt incomplete and a bit rushed but what I will say it it looked PHENOMENAL!! it was so beautiful and it got me excited to add some Southeast Asian culture/characters into my story😏😏 Also I just reached 200 followers!! Thank you all so much for supporting my story I feel so honored! I will likely do a q&a soon for any questions about characters, the story, the world etc.😊😊

Happy #internationalwomensday !!! I’ve been working on this for about a week and I though was fitting to honor all the amazing women in the avatar universe. The quote I used was said by Suki when sokka was shocked they were ambushed by “a bunch of girls.” I really loved it for this because, he was implying that girls are weak and here are 35 women who are anything but that. I also wanted to take the time to appreciate the strong diverse females this universe has given us. Thank you avatar for teaching me that women are strong. Thank you for showing me feminity isn’t defined in one single way. There are women like Toph, or Lin, or smellerbee who are not any less women just because they don’t fit into a box. Thank you for giving us women like Katara and suki who are gentle and kind but are also kickass warriors. Thank you for giving us a disabled female hero, an lgbt+ main female character, deeply written female villains. Thank you for showing little girls they can be the hero. Thinking about this series, one that millions of children grew up watching, having such a positive and powerful depiction of women makes my heart glow. Finally, thank you for showing us feminity is not a weakness, it’s a strength.

Another character from the air temples that we will see in our story. This is Samten!🍃He is a descendent of Aang (check the marbles haha). Samten is deaf and has mastered the art of soundbending. He manipulates and feels the vibrations of sound through the air. Many airbenders are capable of this skill but not the the extent Samten is. Samten is so skilled he can feel a pin drop!

Note: Hey guys! This is another character I made awhile back. I haven’t drawn hanamis family yet even though they will be pretty important but I will post them eventually lol. This concept of soundbending is one I have been playing with for awhile inspired by Queen Toph. I wanted to introduce an advanced form of it here! I will likely move onto the Fire Nation next.

The first character I’m introducing from the air temples is Jinpa!(or Keyuri, I haven’t fully decided lol)

But yeah! Jinpa is from the western Air Temple and is Hanami’s sister. She is younger by about 2 years. As mentioned before Hanami and her sister have always been compared and pitted against each other. Jinpa has always been more spiritual and open, making her airbending slightly superior to Hanami who has always been materialistic. One of Jinpa’s specialties is gas bending, where she manipulates the air around gases causing them to flow. When Hanami leaves the temple, Jinpa is tasked by her parents to bring Hanami home…

Moving onto the air temples🍃🍃

This is just some base information I will get much farther into depth about all the conflicts in the story. I also only have one character post for the air temples, I have created some more characters that are important in the air temples but I haven’t designed them yet so I’ll just share what I have so I can move onto the fire Nation and EDR.

Note: I haven’t been on in awhile, I’ve just had the busiest week. Online school is just not for me😩😩. And because I running this account alone it means during the term I might post less😢😢. But in brighter news I have made an official plan for book one and even have started a first draft!!!

The first characters I am introducing from the Water Tribes are characters from the NLF (Northern Liberation Front). The NLF is a huge organization but these are the primary characters that we will see in our story. Starting from left to right we have: Yura, Siluk and Uki

Siluk and Yura are the leaders of the NLF, an underground organization that seeks equality and spirituality in the North. They are a rebellion group and it is illegal to be associated with them in the Northern Water Tribe. Uki is Kallik’s partner in crime. They were both recruited at the same age after they were both left abandoned.
