In the newest season Bojack Horseman is Bill Cosby or that guy you don’t know who leaves creepy comments but only under your “sexy” pictures or your hypersexual ex or that friend you almost slept with when you were vulnerable or the cat callers or your weird older cousin or your brother’s friend that was too close or literally any nasty creepy guy that made you feel uncomfortable. And every time you told someone about it they would dust it under the rug with “But he’s such a nice guy” or “What?! That’s my role model” or “You guys we’re so close, why would he do that?” Or “Well he didn’t actually do anything” and since he is so well known and technically didn’t do anything illegal he gets a pass. He is every guy that brags about the dirty things he does at parties and then takes to social media to mock #metoo. Bojack Horseman is animated but he is the gutting wrenching truth that is America and I hope that every guy I described feels the same guilt eating away at them that kept Bojack up at night and hurled him into a drug addiction

Every once in a while when I’m cooking, for no apparent reason my brain will suddenly convince itself that I’m done and I’ll just stop and leave. And one time I left the kitchen and just started doing other things. Like twenty minutes later my grandma frantically called me into the kitchen and the stove was on with boiling oil, and the pot was really hot, and there were raw ingredients all over the counter. I was very confused cause I really thought I had already cooked.
