Tom supported zendaya all the way! what is that anon talking about???

Anon is just following Twitter lmao

Funny question. All that people complaining about no one supporting Zendaya (nothing against her, Zendaya deserved all the support) where were you when Laura Harrier got kicked out of the MCU?

Spider-Man: Homecoming’s Laura Harrier Thought She Lost Liz Allan Role To Zendaya

Laura Harrier Isn’t in Spider-Man: Homecoming Just to Look Pretty for Peter Parker

‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’: Laura Harrier Wants Liz Allan To Become Firestar

Where were you when she said she was scared of getting her role taken? That she didn’t think she would get it because they already got Zendaya? When she said she thought Marvel would never hire her AND Zendaya because there are too many black characters for a spiderman movie? When she said she wanted to stay? When she said she wanted her character to have a bigger role?

When did you make noise for her?

She wasn’t there just to be Peter’s filler love interest, she didn’t want that. She was used as a representation point and nothing else. No one cared.

I’m not going to forget that too easily. The same people complaining are some of the ones I saw say stuff like: ‘Who cares about Liz anyways?’ ‘Laura’s character is not important anyway’ ‘Liz needed to leave so spideychelle could happen :D’ ‘Liz is the typical popular dumb girl no one cares about her’

Like I said, nothing against Zendaya. But many of you turned a blind eye to Laura Harrier’s treatment.

If you’re pointing fingers, I’d love for you to make a reflection of yourself. I’ve been talking about this for around 4 years. And no one cared.

I can’t find anything in regards to RDJ defending Brie Larson. I am not saying I don’t believe you I just can’t find anything on google lol. If you can please post them if there are links that may help some people clear their concern. And also I want to see it for my own resources as well so I can show people. I do think RDJ is a nice man loads of misinformation is being tossed around.

Hi, gladly♥

Robert Downey Jr. showing his support for Brie Larson

Robert Downey Jr On Captain Marvel Taking Centre Stage: Great To Witness This Cultural Moment

Robert Downey Jr Supports Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel Premiere

“Some are built. Some are made. Some are born. On March 8, witness the rise of a hero. Get tickets to Marvel Studios’ #CaptainMarvel now,” Downey wrote.

Brie Larson and Zoe Saldana Remember Robert Downey Jr.’s Women of Marvel Lunch

Robert’s Instagram caption: #tbt #throwback #flashback to the #Women of @marvelstudios #mcu lunch I had the pleasure of hosting… #girlpower #epic #bts (📸 @jimmy_rich ) #TeamStark #thankyou good-times getting the ladies together…
Brie’s Instagram caption: 'Remembering when @RobertDowneyJr hosted a “Women of Marvel” lunch for us,’ Larson began. ‘We powerful. We cute. Thanks @zoesaldana for the photo.’

Video version: Throwback Video of Robert Downey Jr’s Lunch With The Women of Marvel

Avengers: Endgame press conference
When asked about Brolin, Larson simply said, “I don’t know, but I think he should be scared,” and calmly place the microphone down. A subtle mic drop.
Robert Downey Jr. was sitting next to Larson when she said her remarks and exclaimed, “Yes! Right, he should be!” Brie Larson delivered her answer in a calm and confident manner while RDJ was ecstatic.
  • Source: x.
  • Video: minute 1:10.
  • If you notice, no one clapped for her, only Robert supported her statement that Thanos should be scared of Captain Marvel.

Brie staring at RDJ while he is answering the questions: Robert stops in the middle of the answer:
Robert: Hi Brie!
Brie: Hi!
Robert: God bless you.
Brie: Thank you!!

Seoul Endgame Press Conference
On Brie Larson and her impact:
“Now, I honestly just feel like I get to be a part of witnessing this cultural moment that’s coming up and I’m filled with a lot of gratitude. Just to be (here) next door to the centre stage, to the lady of the hour here (Brie Larson), who’s broken through this double-pane glass window and kind of re-established what this genre is supposed to be, is just very gratifying,” Robert Downey Jr. added.
  • Source: x.
  • Video: minute 36:02.
  • He said Brie Larson re-established what the superhero movies’ genre is supposed to be. Basically all the things the dubebros have been saying is about them is that Brie is trying too hard to ‘replace’ Downey’s position and Downey is more than excited about a woman having her rightful throne in the MCU.

Avengers Endgame
Downey’s improvisation scene:
To Captain Marvel’s character: We need you, you’re new blood. Then proceeded to actually refer to himself and everyone else (old Avengers) as a ‘bunch of tired old mules’.

-

He always was on her side. Always. People started questioning Downey for supporting her as well and he didn’t care, as he should, because he knows dudebros aren’t worth his time. Or hers for that matter.

Sorry if I sounded rude, that was not my intention. I really do like the irondad fandom I meet some of my friends that way. My frustration was directed at how the fandom treats May, she's his family and they treat her like she doesn't matter. and evey time I talk about this someone always comes for my troat. I genuinely like your blog, but if I came across as rude and you don't want me here, I'll leave. Once again I'm sorry.

Hey! I don’t remember what this is about but it’s ok, sweetheart.

I get that you’re angry but the irondad fandom is not the only fandom responsible for this (taking May or Ben out of the equation). Sometimes Peter is Stony’s son. Sometimes he’s Bruce and Tony’s son. Sometimes Natasha is Peter’s mom. Sometimes Pepper is Peter’s mom. Sometimes Peter is Stucky’s son. It happens. Because he’s young and adorable I’m guessing he’s the target for this lmao It’s not only Tony.

You need to follow people that usually make May Parker content, I’ve seen some blogs who make stunning content about her. If some irondad blogs frustrate you too much, I suggest you unfollow them or block them (myself included).

I genuinely like your blog, but if I came across as rude and you don’t want me here, I’ll leave. Once again I’m sorry.

Don’t leave if you don’t want to. Thank you for being honest here♥

You know for Twitter this isn’t about them defending Chris Pratt anymore. If it were they would be calling everyone out. But mostly RDJ is getting hate. You see Mark name up there quite often as well. And than a few of the other white men. But nothing is being said about Zoe Saldana for one.

It’s another reason for them to shit on white men and they deserve it off course. No cancelling though. Cancel culture is toxic! It doesn’t get anything done. Humans are proud beings and cancelling or attacking them only leads to anger. But they deserve a good telling off and let’s hope they learn their lessons.

Exactly. Another thing is, some of them are getting their ‘revenge’. I saw that many were Scarlett Johansson stans (nothing against her, she made some mistakes and I’m hoping she now knows where she stands) and because Scarlett was roasted hard by some stans, they’re getting their ‘revenge’. Same thing for other fandoms, like the Chris Hemsworth fandom or the Chris Evans fandom. Both have been accused of being in white savior movies. Again. Nothing against them, I’m sure they were held accountable for that when that happened, and I’m sure Chris and Chris (lmao) learned their lessons already.

Cancel culture is toxic! It doesn’t get anything done. Humans are proud beings and cancelling or attacking them only leads to anger.

Exactly. Look at the example above. It only leads to anger. How about we just hold them accountable and expect them to learn instead of spreading hate? I don’t know if Twitter is ready for this lmao

But they deserve a good telling off and let’s hope they learn their lessons.

100% agree.

And yes, Zoe Saldana needs to held accountable too. If Robert, Mark and the other ones are, why not her? She defended him as well.

They seriously just need to research a little bit more, blindly defending a friend is something that happens but sometimes we need to let them grow up.

No one is perfect, people. I’m sure if you dig long enough you’ll find something ugly one of your faves did once. Let them learn and educate themselves instead of just creating drama.

You always defend Zendaya but you refuse to acknowledge homegal is anti semitic, laughed at peter not being jewish, stole a role and erased arab and Islamic representation, uses the race card to get away with everything when real racism is happeing in the world. marvel is full of incels

And now Zendaya? lmao are yall canceling the entire Marvel cast?

First.

  • Zendaya is not antisemitic. Liking and commenting on an Israeli military picture once when she was like 12 doesn’t count. She probably didn’t know. It’s an honest mistake.
  • She laughed because she didn’t know Peter was Jewish. She’s not making fun of him because of it. She was laughing at her lack of knowledge on the topic. An honest mistake too.
  • People have their rights to be mad about this one but take into consideration that she probably doesn’t know this. She didn’t do it to hurt someone. I’m sure that the minute she realizes it she’s going to drop the role or is not going to support the movie.
  • She did that once and you think she’s now the worst person ever? She made a mistake. She was young.

If Marvel is full of incels why are you so into their drama? Drop the fandom. It’s not that hard, Karen.

oohhhh my godddd. we thank u for the well thought responses, seriously. they’re so refreshing, informative, and in a respectable manner. you’re a diamond in the rough lol. pls help, bc ppl are now upset about the photo rdj posted with pratt. they’re mad bc tom was photoshopped out and saying he shouldn’t have done that when tom is his idol, that “something went down”, even telling tom to not trust rdj anymore and putting rdj on blast. i for one, think im glad rdj cropped him out bc it would’ve been messier if he didnt. he didnt want tom to be in the middle. (literally) and it was a more personal photo to use than a standard red carpet photo. they’re just getting mad with so many assumptions. does anyone seriously think a 55 year old man would be “shady” like that? in the middle of all this? do people think tom is actually upset over the photo? when he most likely didn’t think twice about it? pls tell me im not the only one. they’re acting as if they were the ones cropped out.. i dont think its deep at all.

I actually went to see if this was true and god, why am I not surprised? lmao

It’s almost like they all share the same brain cell. How hard it is to figure out that RDJ didn’t want Tom involved in the drama without his consent? Are basic things hard to figure out for them now?

I think some of them are doing it because they don’t like RDJ much and they’ve been waiting for something like this (RDJ making a mistake) to crap on him. It happens. Some people simply can’t get over their bitter thoughts and think that something like that might never happen to them. Funny thing is, those same accs are always the ones that use the ‘r’ word on an argument on Twitter and when they get called out, they deactivate or it’s ‘tweets are no longer loading’ lmaoooo

I wouldn’t pay too much attention to it, people on Twitter are always extremely bored, anything that might entertain their small brains for more than 5 seconds is widely accepted. And tbh, it makes me think that the only ones making a big deal about this are minors. No adult acts like cropping someone out of a pic is huge or some sort of ‘betrayal’. I actually read someone say ‘Imagine cropping out someone who looks up to you’. Really. Think before you write something, people. You can’t be this naive. I would understand if I knew they were all 12, but I know they’re like 20-22. Act like an adult for once yall. It’s not cute or funny to misinform minors this way, some of them learn that this is normal and acceptable (assuming things without knowing the actor personally or knowing the real intentions).

So you’re right. It’s not deep at all.

Btw, United Statians (lmao don’t know how to call yall) please go and vote for Biden, I don’t like him either but trust me, right now is your best choice. Think about your friends, your family, and most importantly yourself, ok? Don’t just skip the vote.

i'm upset. I don't understand why twitter was celebrating robert and brie's friendship a year ago and now they forgot how he did support her

Sweetheart, by now you should know some people on Twitter just want retweets and likes, they live and breathe for it. It’s almost like their only personality trait is getting retweets and likes. Their identities depend on it.

First of all, I want to make sure everyone understands I’m not diminishing Don Cheadle’s support to Brie because he did support her. Good for him 100%.

But. RDJ also did it. And if you tell them and show them actual receipts they’ll start ‘can’t believe you’re defending a white man over a black one, can’t be me assddffgghjhjk’

Typical response. lmao this happens when they don’t actually have an intelligent argument. I’ve seen some of them argue and they can’t do it without:

  • Throwing an ethnic or racial slur.
  • Putting ‘asffgghjkkl’ in their response. Or the skeleton emoji.
  • Redirecting the actual topic to someone/something else.
  • Letting someone else argue for them (usually a big acc).

That’s a brief summary of Twitter.

I’m not defending because I already said RDJ made a mistake and he might realize he did that sooner or later. It’s human to make mistakes. And anyone who was been here for the last 4 years knows I give every single actor/actress the benefit of the doubt. All of them. I hold them accountable when they need to and I actually expect them to grow out of a certain mentality.

RDJ not only supported her by constantly putting her in the spotlight, he posted on Instagram about her, defended her in front of a live audience where some of those dudebros were sitting in, and told everyone he was HONORED to be sitting next to her and that she came to the MCU to show everyone what the movies’ genre is all about. Praised her every time and stuck by her side.

And do you actually know you can still let people know this and hold Robert accountable for the Pratt thing? It must be a bizarre concept for some of you because yall only know how to cancel people but yes, it is possible.

Thank you for your well thought out and rational answers to the anons you've had. It's so refreshing and while not condoning anything, explains it in a rational manner and you include receipts when needed. Just thank you. This situation has me exhausted.

Thank you♥

It is exhausting. I’m hoping things get better from now on.

This means a lot, so thank you♥

Girl, i swear you're unreal, the difference in how you react vs how other people react. I love how you hold people accountable and don't let them get away with things and give them space to improve at the same time. I wish twitter was this rational and mature

About Tom and RDJ: Don’t let twitter fool you, the majority of them are just following what others are saying. Most of them are scared of getting canceled if they give out a rational answer to it. They’re praying to God that their faves don’t open their mouths right now lmaooo They wouldn’t be that scared if they actually knew their faves are good people (sad part is that some of them do know and are still afraid). Good people can also make mistakes. It’s not that hard to tell.

About Pratt: still holding him accountable.

Would she act like this with him if she thought he didn’t support her? Do you realize these people don’t communicate only through Instagram or Twitter? That back then, people could go out and freely talk to each other? Support is not only an online thing. What makes you think he didn’t express his support to her directly too? Like, you know, talking face to face? If Robert didn’t entertain dudebros is because he saw them unworthy (they are). A single tweet wasn’t going to stop them (this is probably why Pratt only got an Instagram post lmao). He decided to give his attention to her, the person who deserves it. He wanted her to feel welcomed. Don’t let a stupid ass mistake from his part blind you. He’s probably going to realize sooner or later that he needed to do more research about Pratt.

And Tom didn’t support Zendaya? Are you for real? Weren’t you all shipping them like two days ago?

“It’s an honor. Jon [Watts] is sort of breaking the rules and doing what he should be doing and what the rest of the industry should be doing,” the actor told Chica about the film’s director. “He cast this movie based on who was best for the role rather than where they’re from or what they look like. I think the fact that he did that really paves the way for future movies.” -Tom Holland about diversity in the Marvel movies.

And there’s so much more. You just have to search ‘Tom Holland praises Zendaya’ and you’ll have thousands of articles and interviews of him supporting her.

I literally do not understand why it is so hard for some of you to use the google search bar instead of trusting some random acc on twitter.

the day has come for you irondad stans because your white old clown robert and his bitch tom holland are friends with a racist homophobic shit like chris pratt delete this entire fandom let's be honest you're the only one here

I knew this would happen after Robert’s post lmao

First of all, you need to learn the difference between fictional characters and real-life people. Irondad is a fictional platonic relationship between two FICTIONAL characters. Robert Downey Jr. and Tom Holland are real.

Second. I’m not defending Chris Pratt at all. He’s wrong for going to that church. I actually took the time to investigate this topic well enough. This is his statement to the allegations:

“It has recently been suggested that I belong to a church which ‘hates people’ and is ‘infamously anti-LGBTQ.’ Nothing could be further from the truth. I go to a church that opens their doors to absolutely everyone,” wrote Pratt. ‘They helped me tremendously offering love and support. It is what I have seen them do for others on countless occasions regardless of sexual orientation, race or gender. I personally believe that everyone is entitled to love who they want”
Carl Lentz, the head of the American branch of the church has claimed that Hillsong is “gay welcoming” while still maintaining the church’s traditional stances on marriage and “sexual morality.”

Despite this, the church has a reputation we can’t ignore. It wouldn’t be right to do that. He obviously is ignoring certain parts of it because he’s loyal to the church and they’ve treated him well. Well, if someone treats you nice is hard to believe they’re harming other people, right? This is where Chris goes wrong. He lacks empathy. Just because someone is nice to you doesn’t mean it’s the same case for everyone else.

Now, Robert and Tom. Robert’s friends with him, he personally knows him. With everything that has been going on, I bet Pratt gave Robert a call and explained things to him. Robert’s always felt responsible for the entire cast, always made sure to give them all equal time to express themselves (this doesn’t mean he’s friends with all of them, btw) and I’ve read that he does this with every member, it’s like he feels like he really is the godfather. He obviously didn’t inform himself enough about Pratt’s situation and probably thought this was him getting unnecessary hate for supporting Jesus or something like that lmaoo. He should’ve investigated a little bit more into it. I can see his intentions are good but he needs to search things up about Pratt. For us (fans) it’s easy to unstan someone when they do something wrong because we don’t know them. But for them, it must be difficult because they know personally each other and they’re friends. I think his support for him is blind because he instinctively believes what Pratt has told him. I think he’s going to figure out that something might be up with Pratt, Robert is a smart man, eventually, he’ll see that. This usually happens when we want to blindly support our friends but at the end of the day, we can’t forgive everything. We have to let them grow up. Let this be a lesson for him.

Tom Holland is his friend, but Tom hasn’t said he supports Pratt’s vision. And don’t come at me with ‘Tom barely supported BLM’ don’t. They don’t need to tell you how they contributed or if they donated all the time. They could’ve done it without you knowing, not everything is a public performative action. It’s more genuine when they do it without anyone knowing about it. They want to help, they don’t need the recognition. He’s supported Pratt but in the professional sense. He made a movie with him and he probably didn’t know Pratt was like that. Like I said, Pratt said that his church is not homophobic and that he personally believes that everyone is entitled to love who they want, but his actions say otherwise. Let’s not ignore that. Also, it’s not Tom Holland’s job to investigate every corner of his life to find out if this is true, he probably is just as clueless about this as Robert. This might be shocking for you, but they don’t spend as much time as we do on social media or investigating his castmates (even if they should do it if one of them gives them a reason). Tom barely knows how to use Instagram and Robert has an assistant to run his accounts. I’m sure they’re smart enough to find out something fishy is going on if they can’t see it now.

No. I’m not the only one in this fandom lmaoo don’t dismiss the other blogs only because you came to mine first.

some dudebro on twt really said tony and peter's relationship was one-sided, they really be out there thinking tony wanted to be peter's dad but peter didn't really want that. they really think peter was only putting up with tony because he's an old man and people rt that 💀💀💀 imagine the size of their brain

imagine the size of their brain

Imagine how tired I am.

tony and peter’s relationship was one-sided
Peter: If you even cared, you’d actually be here.

Is this Peter pretending to care about Tony? LMAO he’s basically asking for his attention.

Peter: I understand. I just wanted to be like you.

Not only he admires Tony, but he sees him as his role model. And someone thinks he’s ‘putting up’ with him because ‘he’s old’???????

The same kid that was trapped under rubble asking desperately for help and the thing that got him to find his real strength was Tony’s words. Because he knows Tony cares, he knows he’s looking out for him and thinks of him as a hero with or without the suit? Are we talking about the same kid?

Peter Parker: Yeah, uh, speaking of loyalty…
Peter Parker: But it was such a long way down and I just thought about you on the way…

Same kid that attached himself to an alien spaceship knowing he could die any minute not only out of bravery (he’s spiderman) but also loyalty to Tony? That’s the kid they’re talking about? It can’t be the same character.

Tony Stark: And due to that fact, we’re now in a flying doughnut billions of miles away from Earth with no backup.

Peter Parker: [Raises his hand] I’m backup.

The one that always has Tony’s back? And takes care of him?

The one that apologized to Tony for DYING and for Tony’s death?

Tom Holland: I think we’re seeing the beginning of a sort of father-son relationship. Obviously Tony hasn’t got any kids, and Peter at this point hasn’t got any male figures in his life, so I think there’s a really lovely dynamic that Robert and I are forming.
Tom Holland agreed on the effect that Tony’s death had on Peter, similar to the one following Uncle Ben’s death: ‘I think he probably was [Peter’s new Uncle Ben figure],’ the actor said. ‘I think he very, very much took on the mantle as his father figure, and losing him is a huge blow to Peter Parker’
Tom Holland: Parker had a very special relationship with him. The bond they’ve formed is pretty strong.

?????

Tell them to watch the movies again, they can’t be this clueless about everything related to MCU spider-man.

Girl I love you but some of these anons are disrespectful af with u!!! You should insult them back because they had the audacity of clicking into your profile and saying shit to you with the ANON option! If i were u i'd be destroying their ass

Here’s the thing. I only do that when I know those are grown ass adults or when they have gone too far.

Remember some of them are minors and they’re not going to take it well (some of them are too young and think it’s ok to spread hate around because this is what some fandoms do occasionally) I prefer to educate them or ask them to unfollow me/block me. If they don’t listen to the warning, then I guess it’s up to them.
