“It seems like you’re constantly at a low.”
I am, that’s the fucking problem. Nothing even has to happen, one minute im content and the next I’m dipping into disassociation and then two hours has passed or I dip and cry, everything is wrong and I don’t know how to make it stop.
“Just talk to someone!”
Nope, because I’m constantly low and that’s draining to hear. It’s draining to know nothing you do will help me. I don’t even know where to start either, nothings happening, then why am I sad? Who knows. Let me drown. Let me die in peace.

Someone with zero social awareness: god they have a gender/sexuality for everything, like, it’s a disgrace to ACTUAL lgbt people.
Meanwhile, two people talk about their identities
Person 1: idk, I don’t really align with my current identities… idk if I’m actually lgbtq at all because I don’t fit into anything typical/well known that I have access to :(
Person 2: oh! Actually there’s a bunch of mini communities for basically almost everything, aroace has a lot of different micro/not well known labels for everyone (including sex positive people / people who don’t mind relationships), the trans and mogai communities may have big differences but they both typically cover similar things as well, for example, gendervoid is on the Agender spectrum, nonbinary people use this sometimes and also use different gender labels at the same time, so don’t feel afraid of mixing and matching for what’s most comfortable for you, the other parts of the community, such as lesbian, gay, bi /etc also have micro labels as well!
Person 1: oh cool! Is there a way I can read into the different labels and experiences?
Person 2: yeah! You can Google whatever you’re curious about and or your experiences but some are like the 47 Terms That Describe Sexual Attraction, Behavior, and Orientation from health line, another resource could be the ace & aro spectrum definitions by oulgbtq+ society, there’s also a ton of different mogai/neopronouns out there if the typical well known ones don’t feel like they fit, you can also mix pronouns as well or use well known ones in situations where you’re uncertain of the people around you. There’s also specific identities or terms for those in the POC/BIPOC communities, though those are really only meant for those who come from or are in those spaces :)
Person 1: oh wow! Thank you I’ll definitely look into it!
Life tip: if you’re not sure something is for you, such as disabled aligned products, like spoons/cups that don’t spill easily, or ramps for wheelchair users, or even spaces in public designed for a minority group, such as those above or the LGBTQ+ or Neopronoun/mogai communities, it’s really none of your business to say what’s for “REAL” xyz because it doesn’t affect you. This doesn’t mean you can’t be critical (not aggressive, demeaning, etc) or like “oh that’s not for me, but I’m glad it works for you!” In fact that’s probably the best thing to say/mind set to have.
Be accepting, be open & be curious!
