I can’t really say that it’s that bad, but it just looks…off. The Diaboys and other Rejet characters ( including Kayo, another heroine ) got prettier plushies, and I have no clue why Rejet didn’t choose the same design for it. If they made the eyebrows darker and positioned the blush somewhere else, maybe it would have looked better. This way, she looks as if she got huge dark circles, lol.

Yui is getting a lot of attention lately

// Tbh it was about time. DL is their biggest franchise and it was weird how the heroine didn’t get any new merch in years. I mean, even if heroines aren’t your favorite characters, I think most fans would like to own their merch as something symbolic. I guess they must also be really broke, given that they even allow you to choose a full body acrylic stand of any Diaboy you want, instead of kuji.

Nevertheless, I think it’s a bit too late for all those goods. More and more fans are starting to get bored and leave DL, given that Rejet’s whole purpose now is to release merch after merch. Other than that, they’re also notorious for their shipping delays and production errors, which are turn offs.

Admin, how do you think a young ayato with a human child could bond and have their friendship progress? (Similar to Edgar and Shu I suppose)

Ayato, prior to his mommy issues, seemed to have been a kind and socially intelligent kid ( him in young blood is just 🥹) I can imagine him escaping the castle, making a human friend, and continuing to be friends with them at their night high school. (Ignoring the human would probably die before Ayato reaches his teenage form)

You’re an Ayato specialist in my eyes haha so how can you imagine it playing out?

// I honestly believe Ayato would be the type to befriend a human, particularly as a child. Even if humans are considered inferior, the same might be said about ghouls, but even as a teenager, Ayato declared that he was opposed to their discrimination.

He would undoubtedly try to sneak out to play with him/her, even if it meant getting into trouble. Unfortunately, I doubt Cordelia would react kindly if she found out, and it would very likely end badly for that human child, making Ayato feel guilty yet again. :(

I wish Rejet had truly given Ayato an actual friend. Yui can no longer be converted into a vampire, and she will definitely die before him, which is very heartbreaking to consider because he will be completely alone after her death. Laito's situation is also bad, but at the very least, Ayato will always be there for him, providing him with support.

Thoughts on Kino? His English translation Routes just started being posted on YT so I like to know ur thoughts

// He’s an entertaining character and I find him funny, but I feel like Rejet added him for no reason, which is a pity. The franchise already had 12 love interests and there was no need to add someone who didn’t change anything. The Sakamakis were the ogs, the Mukamis were supposed to help with Adam’s awakening, the Tsukinamis were directly involved with Cordelia and needed to secure their race but Kino…? They just gave him the typical sad villain backstory, which did nothing important to the main plot. I believe more people would have appreciated him if he were part of a different franchise. Take Carnelian Blood for example. It’s connected to DL, the guys aren’t a lot and that helps you pay attention to each of them, and his design would fit the overall aesthetic there.

His LE route was pretty trash, since he started acting nicely way too late, and that made the romance feel very rushed but his CL was fresh compared to the others, which I enjoyed. I like how he did apologize for hurting Ayato and it’s cute how he kept in touch with him through letters even after moving to the Demon World with Yui. His friendship with Shin was also unexpected but so precious, given how they’re usually next to each other in official arts.
