I have zero time with work to do my pretty little daily logs but this is an OK way to keep my intake logged so I'm not upset. I was DEFO not healthy today, the sun was out so I gave in to ice cream which I hate myself for. I got 10,000 steps everyday this week so I don't mind that im eating 800cals but maybe I can do a week every month where I do a water fast or something? Idk but if you guys have a diet that works well, I'd love to give it a go :)

Also, although I have written the most prominent effects and need for the nutrients listed, this is by no means an exhaustive list. There may be other nutrients that you may need to supplement and there are certainly other benefits to each vitamin/nutrient that has not been described. 3/8/21 ♡ vegetarian chick'n alfredo [200]

1 tsp vegetable oil [20]
1/4 inch slice of onion [15]
1/2 gardein chick'n scallopini piece [55]
1/4 cup basil alfredo sauce [100]
1/2 package fettuccine tofu shirataki noodles [10]
(optional) garlic pepper, salt and black pepper to taste
next time i'm going to try pam sauté spray since it's zero calories, and maybe a tbsp less of the alfredo since there was more sauce than i expected. if i made these changes it would bring the calorie count down to 155! it was super good and filling so im excited to put it in with my "safe" meals. i may go back and add the directions later if they're wanted ♡
