my job has always been messy but my boss has reached official toxic status and i need to get out. had a recruiter screen for another job last week after months of radio silence (tech job market is crazy bad rn) and the recruiter said she'd reach out to me tomorrow with updates. praying i move on to the next step and then absolutely ace the remaining steps and get this new job 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 please please please 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

You gotta start with small stuff like leaving boring parties and refusing minor obligations to get the guts for the big stuff like quitting garbage jobs, cutting off a shitty relationship and getting out of a bad situation.
