So this just randomly came to my head but in the cfvy books (spoilers for those who haven't read them) we find out Velvets dad is a scientist in atlas and we all know what happened to atlas....

so I was wondering what would have actually happened to him, like are we gonna get some angst for velvet next volume? Was there a portal that got the scientist out of atlas? Was he even in atlas or was he visiting Velvets mom (ex from what im assuming unless they are doing long distance or still have a good relationship but his work got in the way so they broke up) in vale and watching the vital festival when beacon fell and he got stuck in vale because of the borders? Or will RT even do anythingwith that and just forget till later and make up something?

But this could be some ideas for angsty Velvet comics and I both hate and love the idea

So the before the dawn preview definitely change my idea of what It might be and what relationships characters will have with each other like Coco and Sun, I did not think Coco would have a bit of a disliking of Sun especially since her relationship with Ruby is good, and also team sssn drama. I did expect Sage and Scarlet to be a bit pissed after Sun left but Scarlet has a full vendetta against him like dam. Also team abrn appears or atleast two member do. I'm excited to see where the mixing of teams will go I'd like to think team cfvy might have a problem with it since they're basically family and wouldn't want to split but we could have the chance to see some old character like team ndgo and more of team abrn. Also the books are just making me love fox's character even more.

(Can't wait to read the rest of the book happy I pre ordered it back at the start of the year)

Snowbyrd/schneewoodforest Aladdin au

Honestly I was going to talk a bit about it sooner but got side tracked.

This au will be based on both the movie and a few bits from the Aladdin on Broadway though it won't be completely like actual story ( since it's also rwby)

Character and who they play:

Robyn - Aladdin (obviously)

Qrow - Abu, he can still turn from human (though he has bird wings as human) to bird

Clover - Genie

Winter - Jasmine (obviously)

Marrow - Rajah, he can do what Qrow dose, turning from human (still has his tail) to wolf

Joanna, May and Fiona - Babkak, Omar and Kassim, Aladdin's freinds from Aladdin on Broadway

Jaques - both Jasmine's father ( but is still an absolute dick and works with Watts not thinking it through)

Watts - Jafar (hes not interested in her the romantic way he just wants to use her to control her father)

Willow - Jasmine's mother (actually very supportive and helps when she can though she still has a drinking problem)

Whitley and Weiss - still Winters siblings though they are in the back more but Weiss encourages Winter to leave

Ironwood - he is there and will most likely represent the good and supportive father figure Jaques won't

I don't really have a idea for the rest of the ace-opps. The rest of team rwby will most likely be more in the background aswell along with JNR and Oscar
