This is my final thesis project. I created info-graphic, motion piece. My objective is to make Japanese people to think about that everything happening here in Japan, isn't that normal. So I created this video from foreigner's point of view, rather than Japanese people's point of view.

Both English and Japanese versions are available.

By the way, please don't call me racist, because I am one of short, small eyes Japanese.

Synopsis of work: This is a music medium that can reproduce a recorded voice as music. It makes a database of sound sources that is managed and used as formal and automatic repetitions, and forms a music medium of the day. I felt something missing in the habitual use of music reproduction media, so I thought to create an interactive music medium that changes. By using everyday voices as sources of music, the sounds that are heard all the time every day carry infinite possibilities and help us reaffirm the enjoyment of music. I hope people can experience their own music.

Conductor turns the New York subway system into an interactive string instrument. Using the MTA's actual subway schedule, the piece begins in realtime by spawning trains which departed in the last minute, then continues accelerating through a 24 hour loop. The visuals are based on Massimo Vignelli's 1972 diagram.

2012年9月22-23の2夜続けて行われた東京駅丸の内駅舎保存・復原工事の完成を祝うプロジェクションマッピングのイベント「TOKYO STATION VISION」の模様を撮影し作品にしました。 大変な混雑のため入場規制がかかり、上映も急遽前倒しになったりで観ることが叶わなかった方もおられるのではないでしょうか？ 本作品を通じて当日の会場の雰囲気を体感していただければ嬉しく思います。

Também lançada como "single", segunda faixa do quinto álbum de estúdio: 'Radio-Activity' (Radio-Aktivität), relalizado em outubro de 1975. Diferente os 4 anteriores, é bilíngue, cujo título reflete o típico humor frio da banda alemã, fazendo um trocadilho entre radioatividade e ondas de rádio. Pela primeira vez, não apresenta flauta, violino e guitarra.

Fundada em 1970 e dirigida por Ralf Hütter e Florian Schneider, a Kraftwerk publicou apenas 9 álbuns entre o ano de fundação e 1991, cuja principal referência foi o compositor esotérico Karlheinz Stockhausen. Nesse mesmo primeiro ano da década herdeira de Woodstock [em que Paul McCartney anunciava o fim dos Beatles; em que Black Sabbath e Pink Floyd chegavam à maturidade, ao mesmo tempo que Aerosmith, Queen, Gentle Giant ou Emerson Lake & Palmer eram fundados; ou, sobretudo, em que morrem Jimi Hendrix e Janis Joplin], a “usina de energia” alemã apresentava 4 integrantes trajando terno e gravata, cabelos curtos, visual minimalista, uma certa aversão reticente à imprensa, uma performance completamente anti psicodélica, cantando em um idioma diferente do inglês e sem guitarras distorcidas penduradas à altura do púbis. Ao invés dos amplificadores, sintetizadores, e sua possibilidade de "viagem" sem drogas. Em plena “era elétrica”, eles introduziam a estranheza do “eletrônico”, cuja espécie de fusão tonal e minimalista entre a cultura “pop” e a sonoridade produzida eletronicamente (aparelhos de rádio, contadores geigers, interferências de ondas curtas etc.) está até hoje na base da música popular, desde as rádios, os MP3’s, a “techno” e o “house”, até a publicidade e o experimentalismo; embora, na verdade, nada há de comum entre as atuais músicas de dança e o estetismo cerebral do Kraftwerk que esteja para além da relação entre a objeto de arte e o objeto “kitsch”.
